Well, I think if you're going to see these films for a storyline then you are *always* going to be disappointed. It's a 'switch your brain off and enjoy' type of film, nothing more, nothing less. Who cares if the ending isn't an ending?

Any film that fits *that* many innuendos (and non-innuendos!!) into it gets my thumbs up!

Well I laughed *alot*

Especially at the beginning bit which I totally wasn't expecting! I'm so glad they didn't put that on the trailors (or if they did I missed it) because that was possibly the funniest bit.

Well tonight i was going to see it for a third time but unfortunatly it was fully booked!

I'm not sure why i wasn't happy with the ending, neither of the other two did but they still rank v.high in my favourite films - maybe cause i was getting too much into the plot


When i first saw the film i wasn't that keen on the opening titles - i prefered AP2 (Austin Powers running round the hotel naked with some clever position of names ) But after seeing it a second time i enjoyed that more.


Does anyone know if Mike Myers wants this to be the last? ok, yes i'm being very premature but i love the AP films i can't get enough of them I think they are the sort of film you think are fantastically funny or just stupid.

Well apparently it's just shattered box office records over the opening weekend in the states, so I guess the studios will give him lots of money to make another..

expect for the bits where Goldmember ate his own skin (ew ew ew) and fat um 'man' (as the action figures had him named)he's just too gross!

i loved Scott Evil and the chocolate bit.

The credits were funny Wasn't too keen on the Britney cameo, it was a little too much of well ,her.

saw this last thursday generally pretty cool, will keep me happy til The Two Towers and XXX are released.

The bit behind the screen had me in floods of tears it was so funny!

Don't think so, as I read that they have copyrighted 3 more titles! I think one was "You only shag twice" but I can't remember the others (they were all silly Bond titles)

This was a great film - a laugh from start to finish! Only trouble is I can't get that opening tune out my head (the Austin Powers theme?) You know, that 60's high-pitched "dee dee dee dee" repeated... I know what I mean even if you don't!

"Action"

Things just happen when you are around, whether its high speed car chases, hanging from precarious ledges, jumping from waterfalls and dancing a mean tango.

I loved the movie and found myself saying "I loooove Goooold" and "Austin's Fasher" over and over again for a day I could have done without the Goldmember character tho - semi-bald ginger blokes freak me out and I've never liked freckles *shiver* and why did he eat his own skin??
Micheal Caine was fantastic, especially when he convinced the lackey to lay down instead of fighting "you don't even have a name tag!"
Now I want the DVD with the outtakes and deleted scenes!

Oh, and...

huh.....for the previous action figures they called him "Fat Person-of-questionable-origin"

Great movie - loved the intro - the union jack XK-R was waaay cool, and micheal caine was great
.....couldn't help but picture Shrek every time Fat Person-of-questionable-origin spoke....

And Goldmember sounded just like a dutch guy I work with
He hasn't seen the movie, but has heard the MC quote about the dutch....he vash nut ahmewsht
