Well, obviously I can't wait for the Matrix Reloaded (and it's only 2 days away! ).

Dumb and Dumberer, when I heard about it I got very excited, the first one is sooooo funny! But then I got thinking, and if it's about their youths presumably it won't have Jim Carrey or Jeff Daniels in it. So I'm suspicious but curious about that one...

Bringing Down the House looks painfully bad in my opinion.

Anger Management I saw the trailer for and it looked quite funny. It could go either way really, either very funny or very bad.

Bruce Almighty I've never heard of, but it sounds like it could be funny.

I saw a trailer when we went to see Equilibrium and they were both in it.

and it was [expletive deleted] funny i couldnt stand much of the first film but the trailer for the second really made me laugh and the likeness is uncanny im looking forward to actually seeing this film.

Well its not one we've seen, so it must be new. Its made in Hong Kong, so they tend to take a while to hit the cinemas than Jackie's american releases which get more promotion.

The blurb from IMDB reads "This action movie unfolds with the story of Bei, a salesman at a workout equipment store, who harbors dreams of adventures. It all starts when on one normal dull day, Bei follows his instincts to trail two suspicious looking men into an alley. "

I'm keen to see 2 Fast 2 Furious. Purely for the cars, I thought the ones in the 1st film were excellent. If the Toyota supra makes a re-appearance I'll be a happy man.

Obviously Matrix:Reloaded goes without saying too.

Well I've just seen Matrix Reloaded (though I'll keep any comments about it to it's own thread) and saw the trailer for Bruce Almighty. And my opinion hasn't really changed. Apparently it's made by the same people as Liar Liar, and did look like that kind of film. Liar Liar I do like, it's funny, but it's far from being a great film, and this looks to be much the same. But I'll go see it and give it the benefit of the doubt.

It's just 2 actors who look scarily like them!

Just saw a trailer for 'The Hunted' on tv and it looks good. However the reviews I've read say that it sucks. Think I'll hold off on my cinema visit till next week and I'll go see 'Dumb and Dumberer' ... "pwetty birdie, who's a pwetty birdie"

Everything I have read about The Hunted says AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The only review I have seen quoted in any of the advertising is from 'Aint It Cool' and they are by far the most untrustworthy and sycophantic reviewers available since their continued access to the kind of exclusives on which they thrive is entirely dependent on the fact they consistently give glowing coverage to whatever they are shown.

Yeah everything I've read about it(The Hunted) says it'll be pants. It's weird how a trailer can make a film look good though. Don't think I'll be watching that at the cinema...that'll be a wait till it's on tv job

That's kinda the point.
I've seen some real stinkers that have had fab trailers.

On the subject of trailers....

I'm still of the opinion that MIB was not the great film everyone makes it out to be because it a)feels just like an extended episode of a naff TV series and, more importantly, b)like other people have said, all the best, and funniest bits, were in the trailers. So, by the time I saw the film, I was majorly disappointed with the rest of it.

And I'm not even gonna *touch* the sequel
