I really like it. It at first appears to be lacking some of the western/sci-fi melding that made Firefly so cool, but i'm guessing that's just because they wanted a more action based trailer to grab the general public, who most likely would hear 'western? sci-fi? ew no'.

The other thing is a lack of the characters. It may also be because of limited trailer space, but Cailey doesn't have a line in the trailer and Book doesn't appear at all, despite being credited (and appearing at conventions talking about filming it). Apparently Zoe's role in the film is a bit more limited than in the show, but we'll have to wait and see.
