Tech help on outlook express
i keep getting an error message refering to directdb.dll, which then wont load up messages into the inbox.and so outlook closes automatically
any help on how to solve it?

iv done that, no help, iv even installed OE6, but to no avail. it seems to be corrupted, but i have found no way of fixing it
I had something similar on my Dads machine.
Find the inbox file under Windows/Application Data/ Identities/Â…/Microsoft/Outlook Express
and MOVE it to your desktop.
restart Outlook Express and it will recreate a new inbox.
to get the messages back do a import/messages and point it at the old inbox file on the desktop.
