A beta tester working for Bungie (not for long!) has leaked footage of a multiplayer match. It's a 4 vs 4 Slayer match played on the map [insert name], which is a remake of the Zanzibar map from Halo 2.
You can see the video here.
It's about 7 minutes long, and although it's on YouTube, and as such is very poor quality, it's easy to see that the beta version's graphics are much improved over the alpha screenshots. Anybody (mostly fanboys and pre-pubescent teens) who says 'it looks no better than Halo 2' is blind, IMO. We also get glimpses of new weapons in use (Spartan Laser, Brute Spiker), as well as the Bubble Shield. He also picks up some other equipment items, such as Energy Drainer (some kind of EMP device), although it's not seen in use.
The player also zips around in the now-classic Warthog, and the new addition Mongoose ATV.
I really like the look of the play (although the guy isn't very good, so it's not a stunning example of gameplay). He's also not done a great job of hiding all the identifying stuff on screen, so i'm sure, as Joystiq note, that Bungie's Ninja Assassins (maybe that's what Luke Smith, formerly of 1up.com is joing as!), will catch up and the dude will be straight out of the door.
