The Christmas shopping season is upon us once again and that means the games are coming thick and fast. There are the huge tent pole releases like Gears of War 2 and Little Big Planet from Microsoft and Sony respectively, and games like Dead Space and Mirror's Edge from third parties.

So what will you be playing? Will you be buying or asking for any games in particular for Christmas?

Personally, i'll be playing Fable 2, Gears of War 2, Dead Space and Mirror's Edge for sure, though probably not all by Christmas. I only have a 360 at the moment, but if I had a PS3 there'd be several games i'd like to play, most of all Little Big Planet, which looks great fun.

There's still part of me that would like to play Rock Band (which has only just come out here in Australia) or Guitar Hero: World Tour, but the bundles are both expensive, so it'll be a no go.
