I spoke to one of the organisors about this and it sounds like a good event. Basically they want a convention of sorts where the guests will mingle and dance with us the fans - you will have autograph and photo opportunities.
They haven't got a website yet so the only way of contacting them is via the phone for the moment.

I just wanted to add the following for people who are new to conventions/events:
It appears that unlike other conventions the regular con-goers are used to - this event will be a profit making event (most other buffy/angel events work together for the fans and donate any profits to charity)
As with any other event, if you are a convention newbie I suggest that you never book an event based on rumours or specific guests. Due to any future show bookings, guests are always booked subject to work commitments and can cancel at any point up to an event.
Also autographs aren't listed on the flyer and I expect this would be due to the time constraints of an evening event.
On the other hand, if you have nowhere to go on Halloween and you don't mind paying out £39.00 for a 8 hour party then this maybe your thing.

Hi C22, welcome to T21
Its really just the wrong time of year for most people - unless they get a decent guest who hasn't done a buffy convention before then I can't see that many people I personally know going.
The vampire groups will have their halloween party the week before (which I think was only a tenner last year) and Lioness is hosting Bitten on the 2nd November which will be a great party night for a lot less money and a lot cheaper hotel room.

As Pegasus said, I don't think alot of us from here will be going to this event. I know I'm not - too much else happening at that time of year for me.
Welcome to the boards by the way
Its a shame the organisers don't appear to have a website set up considering its the best medium for us ... kinda means we are lacking in any sort of updates.
well i am going, and i cant wait the organisers have told me the guest will probally be harmony as the ball will take place during filming.
cant wait to dress up either, trying to find a cool gothic like outfit, iwould love to go as vampy willow but cant afford to get an oufit specially mad

Well as much as she's was a good speaker at the 2 Bad Girls conventions - I think it will be way too much for her to mingle at a very lengthy party.

There were a pair of vamp willows at the last Bad Girls

you know its a real shame that this event doesn't have a website, there's no indication anywhere about what's likely to be going on and who's going to be there.
Hope you have a good time, get us pics so we can see what we missed

I've just spoken with the organisers, and it has been confirmed that Harmony (Mercedes McNab) and Count Dracula (don't know his name!) will be there.
To those of you wondering about dressing up, go for it!!!
I wanted to go as Darla in 18th century garb, but can't find a decent outfit that fits, so will probably end up going as Buffy with Faith (my sister)in a particular scene that I hope people will recognise, despite the fact that I look nothing like SMG.
