A-Team (1-2 March 2003) CANCELLED
For all you A-Team fans out there (and I know there are a few) there will be a convention held in Bournemouth early next year

Wow! This sounds really cool actually! Just been onto their website and, although they haven't updated it to include Dwight Schultz yet, the event is being hosted by Robert Rankin! How cool is that!!

I knew there was somewhere else I could go to announce the new guest! (thanks Jola!) Yeps, I spoke to Dwight Schultz on Monday and he is looking forward to the party.
And as for Robert Rankin, one of my heroes, I was so pleased he agreed to host the event - has absolutely nothing to do with the A-Team but I'm sure he'll be able to adapt and entertain in his own unique way <G>
Hope to see a few of you there!

A new guest has been added to the Action Replay 2003: the 20th Anniversary of The A-Team line up
The director Tony Mordente, who directed a total of eight A-Team episodes, will be there to celebrate the 20th Anniversary. Mordente directed, amongst others, the most talked about A-Team episode 'Cowboy George' that starred Boy George in a cameo role.
As well as his work on The A-Team, Tony Mordente was also in the original Broadway production of West Side Story, and went on to appear in the 1961 film as 'Action' Riff's assistant. His other credits include directing episodes of 'M*A*S*H', 'Quincy', 'The Greatest American Hero', 'Family Ties', 'Riptide', 'Matlock' and more recently 'Walker, Texas Ranger'.

For those of you who haven't heard.
Unfortunately we were forced to cancel the Action Replay convention for 1-2 March 2003. This was due to a sponsor pulling out of the event at a point where it was too late to recover from the loss of vital funds.
We are hoping to revive the event, probably in London, towards the end of the year. We will make the decision on whether we are going ahead by March 5th.
If you have a ticket and haven't heard from us yet (although we're hoping we've reached all attendees!) please email me at jipster@actionreplay2003.com
