Unfortunately there is no website for this event but it has been advertised in the recent UK Buffy magazine - can you get that in your country??

With regards to hotels, obviously the Thistle Hotel will be offering a reduced rate for the event which you would have to contact the event organisers for. Although, there are quite a few in the Heathrow London area, you could try using Laterooms website for bargain deals but they only show offers 3 weeks beforehand. Most Heathrow hotels are linked by a hoppa bus (although this only runs till about 10-11pm) so you might have to use a taxi.

Thanx for the info, yes we can get the buffy magazine in holland but I saw the ad in SFX (great magazine).
I do know the area around heatrow a little but I thought that you maybe know a cheap hotel without doing all the research on the net, but I will check it out. Before I make sure that I'm coming over i want to know a little more (detail) information. It's pretty expensive to for 1 day to come over and you know there's more coming up in the future (defenitely END OF DAYS, but for that we have to wait).
On september 14 there's a buffy fanclub day in Eindhoven (NL) but without guests.
