Nope, never been to a SG con before. That's why I was especially displeased about the SG-5/Indonesia clash.

I am a relatively recent convert to SG-1 - I initially passed because the few episodes I'd seen were a tad dire but a friend persuaded me a while back that I'd suffered from a statistical fluke and to try it again.

Another one expressed amazement that there was a TV series with military types in green with guns and I wasn't watching it!
