Hello. I have'nt posted for ages I kept thinking to myself there's plenty of time to chat/post (and lose a few pounds) before the big weekend and now I've just realised how close EOD is and I have'nt done anything so I'm starting today. I even went to Staples and bought myself a thin A4 plastic box. This is only going to be my second convention but I learnt my lesson last time as my autographed photo's got a bit bent in my bag. I might look a bit geeky but at SFX I saw a lot of people with them and thought it was a really good idea.

Despite buying the tickets at Bad Girls, i only sorted our hotel room out the other week... but we are going
I tried on a really nice dress for the saturday night today, but not sure i can afford it. Oooh, decisions!

just got the time off work and bought a ticket yesterday.Only prob now is accommodation.I`ve been trawling the net for hours trying to find somewhere with vacancies that isn`t miles away.Can anyone here give me some names of hotels nearby ie 10 mins walk or something as i don`t fancy long late night walks on my own.It`ll narrow my search down.I`m pushed for time as i`m away on monday and if i don`t find somewhere,i`ll have to give up on going.
also if any females need a roomie let me know as i`m happy to share,i`m housebroken and don`t smoke in the house.
I`ll be there fri-mon.Leaving early on monday as I`ll have to catch an early flight home as i`m working monday ( i booked the wrong bank hol in May off<DOH!>so i was lucky to get this time off.I can arrive on thursday if reqd)

Dev - i trwled the net too the other week, ended up finding the place we are staying at when the next door hotel gave me the number, as the Harlands Hotel isn't on the net anywhere. The tel no is 01253 351895. Don't know if there are any rooms left, but might be worth a go...

hope everyone has agreat time, ill miss seeing you all, as unfortunatly i found out ive been banned from all starfury events (again), so anybody going to ascendance i wont see you there either. thats nice.

cant wait got a new card coming in to cover all the payments on the room and for photos so me happy. and my special girl is going (though she hasn't posted yet) so i'm even more happy.

I don't have a job over Easter and am getting pestered by my mum to get one....but I'm thinking that no one is gonig to want to take a student for a month before I go back to uni

Thanks for the heads up.They did have a room availible but it was too rich for my blood as there were no singles.I`ve now found a place a few doors away for £25.00 a night,so i`m sorted .I`ll have to miss most of sunday though to get home for work on monday.ah well...i`m making up for it by going up on thursday.
