Has everyone got their tickets for this yet or are some people still waiting? I don't have mine yet, but I didn't book it till aaaaages after everyone else (ask head2head as she kept nagging me about it ). So I dunno if I should ring up to enquire or just wait patiently...

I've had mine for a wee while now (no.76 ! ) but i think Sean has been away - so hold out for a little longer. You could always speak to him at Nov Nos if you havn't had them through by then

There are loads of peeps still waiting for tickets...including a few peeps who booked at EoD! Like DM says, I'd hold off for a bit...after all, it is a good few months away yet .

Though she wasn't ever in BUFFY, she still has a strong connection to the work of Joss Whedon, having portrayed Zoe Warren in FIREFLY and Jasmine in ANGEL.

She's also appeared in a wide range of sci-fi and fantasy related shows, including CLEOPATRA 2525 (as Hel), HERCULES (as Nebula), XENA, MANTIS, ALIAS, LA FEMME NIKITA and more.

STARFURY Conventions is delighted to announce that James Leary, known to fans of BUFFY for his portrayal of Clem, the lose skinned demon who often hangs out with Spike, has signed up to appeare at STARFURY: FUSION next May.

James portrayed Clem in 8 episodes during the shows 6th and 7th seasons, and became a firm favourite with the fans.

Dan ordered tickets on tuesday and they showed up today, which is pretty good going. Must remember to sort out a hotel sooner than last year

The next guest is Nicholas Brendon, it says on the Starfury boards. Apparently it's in SFX as well.
Sean announcing 2 more guests mid January. One from Buffy, one from Firefly. I'd prefer if it was all Buffy guests but oh well I guess other people must love Firefly.

I am quite pleased, although I've never really liked Xander all that much, it'll be cool to meet the real guy. But I'm not sure that I'm happy that he's the headliner, and with only one more Buffy guest to go, I am a little disappointed. Please don't everyone have a go at me, it's just that there's no one going that I'm really ecstatic about. I was really happy about Iyari Limon, but then she got cancelled and now Xander is the best guest. Argh I know I sound like I'm spoiled or something but... I just would've preferred it if the guests were all Buffy since it is a Buffy con, instead of spending all the money on Firefly ones. Maybe I have just been spoiled, 'cause EOD was so good, like there were so many people I wanted photos with I couldn't decide, but at Fusion, so far, there's not really anyone :S

Only thing is, I vaguely remember someone telling Nicholas Brendon he was a bad guest, like not going to parties and sulking and stuff. I'm not sure though, did I just make this up?

Well I've met Nick twice and the second time I worked with him all weekend and he was such a sweetie. Whether or not he wanted to party was up to him as it always is - it's not something they have to do.....

I think the whole point of calling the con 'Fusion' was because it was a Fusion of a couple of shows. After all, there is quite an overlap between Firefly and Buffy in terms of actors (well, Nathan and Gina anyway!).

As for Nick being the headliner, it sort of makes sense as he's the only one out of the main cast who aren't tied down with other shows (or in Tony's case, PANTO! () )....I might be wrong, but I seem to recall they were all in other shows or had other stuff lined up....

I'm really looking forward to it now as there are a few guests in there who I've never met before and a couple who I have but would love to see again .

I really started to enjoy Firefly, bit of shame it got such a pasting in the end and I'm not sure if I saw all the episodes!

I wa rewatching the beginning of season 5 again today... and in the second/third epidode Tom Lenk was in it as one of Harmony's Mininons
