Adam Busch in Glasgow - CANCELLED

Got this off the mailing lists:-

Join us for a Special Watcher's Conclave on the 28th of June in the Griffen bar in Elmbank St Glasgow.
With special guest Adam Busch.
Times will be the usual 4pm until 11pm. With Adam joining us around 7pm.

The Griffen is opposite the Kings Theatre and just off Sauchiehall Street, we will be using the back area.

Tickets are limited, and will be Â£7.50 in advance and will increase on the door to Â£10.

Tickets can be obtained by sending a cheque or postal order to TFC, c/o Elaine Nicol, 107 Cairnswell Ave, Cambuslang, Glasgow. G72 8SP.
Cheques made payable to TFC. Or at the next Watcher's Conclave on 21st of June.

This should be a great night and I am sure Adam can be persuaded to sing for us.

Ok.... not sure what's happened but got this just in from the mailing list:-

Adam appearance at Griffin in Glasgow.

It's with great regret that I have to announce that this event has been
cancelled. Sorry for the disappointment we all feel it.

Hey, this event isn't cancelled. It was never official, so don't use the words "Cancelled" to cover up for something that you know wasn't even going to happen. Someone supporting this posted on the Common Rotation board advertising this, and Matt Busch confirmed that it was false and Adam did not agree to anything like that, so don't try and make him look bad and make it look like he backed out of it.

Yep like Ethan said - I got this from the mailing list so how true the content was I don't know.

At the end of the day if it comes via an "official" from a mailing list we have to take it as true and Elaine runs the Watcher Conclave nights up in Scotland

Rachel, I just want to say welcome to T21, although it looks like you've joined to comment on this thread only.

Our convention & event forum is here to advertise events throughout the UK to our own membership.
