Best known for playing the genial Harry Grout in Porridge, patriarch Billy Fox in the Euston Films drama Fox, the right-wing Charlie Johnson in John SullivanÂ’s Citizen Smith, and his BAFTA-nominated role as Felix Hutchinson in Our Friends in the North, PETER VAUGHAN has appeared in numerous award-winning and popular comedies and dramas on film and television throughout his continuing career.
Joining him is PAT ROACH. A professional wrestler, best known for his role as 'Bomber' Busbridge in Auf Wiedersehen, Pet, Pat has appeared in all manner of films and television including episodes of Minder, Space Precinct, The New Adventures of Robin Hood as well as Stanley Kubrick's Barry Lyndon, Never Say Never Again starring Sean Connery back as James Bond and all three Indiana Jones adventures.
PETER TUDDENHAM is known to Cult TV fans for providing the distinctive voices for the artificial intelligence in Blake's 7, as well as various computers and alien entities in Doctor Who. In the flesh he has appeared in numerous comedies and dramas including One Foot in the Grave, Double First and Tales of the Unexpected.
Acting since the mid-1960s, FREDDIE JONES has appeared in just about everything from guest-starring in the likes of The Avengers and The Protectors to roles in Pennies from Heaven, the Play for Today, Sorry, written by Vaclav Havel who is now President of the Czech Republic, and The League of Gentlemen.
As a writer, producer and director in film and television throughout the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, JOE MCGRATH worked with the likes of Peter Cook and Dudley Moore on Not Only... But Also, Bob Monkhouse, Michael Bentine in the surreal comedy ItÂ’s a Square World, and Peter Sellers and Spike Milligan.
Best known for his role as UNITÂ’s Sergeant Benton in Doctor Who after first appearing on the show as a Yeti, JOHN LEVENE had meant to be part of last year's Cult TV 10th Anniversary celebrations. Having resolved the issues that prevented him appearing he is enthusiastic about joining the 72 hour non-stop party this year.
