DM you gotta come!
I went to this and thoroughly enjoyed it. What I was wondering though was how did this compare to other Starfury events? Was this a typical one or better/worse than usual? I was just wondering as I am considering booking for Quor'toth.
This was a pretty good con, definately better than last years senior partners, but starfury events are usually as fun as the white room.

You should definately book for quortoth though, Andy Hallet is hillarious, he'll make that event sooo much fun......
That was a really super weekend. The Firefly guests were a lovely surprise. It says a lot for a con organisation that they can provide such decent 'secret' guests, after all we were all perfectly happy to fork out for it when we only knew about the ones that had been announced. It was very well organised and there was a lot going on which made the event great, but if only one thing persuades me to go to a Starfury event again it's the feeling that the con organisers are more concerned with providing a good time than milking the attendees.
I only wish I could afford to go to Serenity. But if anyone's wavering (and less skint than me), Nathan Fillion and Morena Baccarin are a great double act, and Summer Glau is really sweet. Go!
