The Prime Convention has been announced

Friday 16th September to Sunday 18th September 2005

Location: Norbreck Castle, Blackpool

For STARFURY: PRIME, our BUFFY convention for 2005, we will be returning to Blackpool and the Norbreck Castle.

The event will be taking place on 16-18 September 2005.

By the time this event takes place, the Norbreck Castle will have finished an Â£8million refurbishment. All the rooms, decor and facilities of the hotel will have been significantly improved, which we hope will greatly enhance your experience of the event.

We have also negotiated room rates for attendees staying at the Norbreck Castle that are significantly lower than previous years.

For those staying from Friday 16th September for 3 nights
Â£55 per person per night for a single room bed and breakfast
Â£42 per person per night for a double room bed and breakfast

For those staying from either Friday 16th or Saturday 17th September for 2 nights Â£60 per person per night for a single room bed and breakfast Â£47 per person per night for a double room bed and breakfast

Early Arrivals: We have a special rate for the Thursday night. Â£45 per person for Thursday 15th September for a single room bed and breakfast Â£42 per person for Thursday 15th September for a double room bed and breakfast

Tickets for PRIME will be priced at Â£75 and will go on sale on Monday 11th October from 10am.

There will be a PRIME launch party held in central London on Saturday 9th October. Entrance will be free, and you'll have a chance to purchase tickets early. Further details soon. The first guest announcements will be made at this party.

yeah, must be. by the way nick brendon has been added to the list of guests over christmas. he is one of the only main cast members to have signed so far, but the ones that have signed are great as i met a few of them at fusion. CAN'T WAIT!!

I may be wrong but I thought Sean said at The White Room that E.A. Allen wasn't able to do Prime and that Claire Kramer was going to be at Quor'toth but nor Prime.
The ad in the magazines also has (or at least had) different guests for Quor'toth than those announced.

i hope not! i was at fusion and i think clare kramer made it a cool con! i was holding off buying my tickets untill she signed and appeared on the site. E.A Alen was also a great guest. i really hope they do go, so if sean harry reads this please try to get them to sign. it would mean a lot to everyone if they were there.

i also agree. sarah hagan wasnt too bad at fusion, however it was her first con, and her first time out of the states so she didnt realy know what was going on, and she was a bit shy. plus not all the potentials were that well known. kenedy the most well known because of that thing with willow, and some people didnt even know who she was! i hope they get some more core players like nick, although i think they are scapeing the barrel a bit with all these potentials.

The guy is absolutely hillarious, he really is,.....i'm gonna feel really bad if ur only allowed to get his auto if you pay for a print, cos there is no way i'll have enough money for that,

...think i've seen like one episode of charmed with him in, an alliance and leicster ad, and that max meltus cough syrup thing......all of which don't really encourage me to spend 10 quid for a print......sayin that im sure charmed fans will love it....

what is your source? just curious cos i cant find Neil Roberts on the starfury website.

Many organiser websites tend to have outside companies updating at intervals, ie the information won't show for quite a few days.

Most sites have yahoo groups, forums and the occasional email subscriptions, used for making announcements but sometimes they get "buried" really quickly with other threads which is why we amalgamate everything together in one thread per event here for ease of reading
