It's come down to make or break time. We have pretty much our full complement of guests, there is a possibility we may announce one more but no more than one and that will very much depend on what happens in the next week.

But it's time to talk plainly. We do not currently have nearly enough registrations to allow the event to go ahead. In order for the event to break even we need to have 150 full weekend registrations, right now we have the equivalent of 10. Yes that's right, 10 fully paid registrations (actually 7 full and 6 day registrations).

In order to pay our guests' travel, which needs to be done right now if the event is to go ahead, we need 35 full registrations. However, even then I couldn't go ahead and book travel, as I could not be sure of getting the full numbers needed for the event to break even.

So what it comes down to is that I will have to cancel the event unless I get up to 50 full registrations by the end of this month. So if you have been waiting until the last minute then please register now. If you are concerned that you will register and the event will fall through please don't be. You will not lose your money, all money will be fully refunded if the event is cancelled. Paypal has an auto refund option that lasts for 60 days after payment and should you pay by check I will not deposit your money until I am sure the event is going ahead.
