This talk will feature Alexis Denisof and Anthony Head. This is the first time ever that these two have been together on stage in the UK. This promises to be an amazing talk and a great deal of fun for the audience!

We have recently been in negotiations for the use of photographic images of Wayne Pygram, but unfortunately last night it was finally confirmed that we would be unable to have any Star Wars pictures of him available for Collectormania 7.

As we felt this would be a major disadvantage to both Mr Pygram and his fans we have now arranged for him to change his appearance to the London Film and Comic Con on 25th and 26th June.

We understand that there was some speculation as his image had not yet been uploaded onto the main website (again because there were problems with photographic copyright), however as we were still looking at ways to solve the problem and there was every chance we could still find a way to have Mr Pygram appear at C7 we felt it best not to stir up concern and worry amongst his fans. Unfortunately as of last night we were still unable to solve the problems so felt it best to bring the matter to some kind of conclusion which would work out best for everyone concerned. We have therefore arranged for him to appear in June when we will be allowed Star Wars images for him.

I'm sure you will join us in welcoming Mr Pygram to London in June at the LFCC, and we look forward to working with him then.

Collectormania: Latest update.

There have been several changes to the Collectormania 7 guest line-up over the past week. Unfortunately over the past few days we have had some cancellations, but we are still working on more great additions to the line-up too so keep checking the website!

Unfortunately due to a change in their shooting commitments Chris Judge and Michael Shanks will no longer be able to attend the forthcoming Collectormania. Both Michael and Chris had very much wanted to meet their fans, and when a conflict with their schedule recently became apparent they tried desperately hard to find a way round it. We have also been in contact with the production company and tried to work things out too, but unfortunately as of late Friday night it was clear that Michael and Chris will definitely be required for filming over the Collectormania weekend.

Both Michael and Chris have asked us to pass on their apologies, and to let you know that they had really been looking forward to meeting you and that they hope to attend another Showmasters event in the near future.

The Stargate SG 1 talk is still going ahead, with a few changes and additions to the line-up. Corin Nemec (Jonas Quinn) will now be joined by Dean Stockwell (Doctor Kieran) who played his mentor in Stargate SG-1! This will be the first time Jonas and his mentor have been together on stage and as Corin has promised to be doubly entertaining to make up for Chris and Michael not being able to attend I'm sure it will make for a very interesting talk!

Any tickets purchased for the previous Stargate SG-1 Talk are still valid for this talk. However, if you have booked tickets already and would prefer a refund or to transfer the tickets to a different talk, then please call the office on 01234 752485 (Mon to Fri, 9.30am to 5.30pm) and we will sort that out for you.

Unfortunately we also have to announce the cancellation of James Callis and Jake Lloyd, who have had to drop out of Collectormania 7 due to unforseen personal commitments. We wish them both all the best and look forward to working with them at a later date.

Over the past few weeks there have also been several new guests announced, including Alexander Siddig (Star Trek: DS9), Lawrence Makoare (Lord of the Rings), Christian Simpson (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Gladiator), Kenny Baker, Dave Prowse and Mike Quinn (Star Wars), Noel Clarke and Barnaby Edwards (Dr Who: The New Series), Peter Davidson and Lalla Ward (Dr Who), and finally Cy Town (Dr Who and Star Wars).

There have been a couple of minor changes to the guest appearances, including a change in the appearance days of the three Battlestar Galactica guests.

Unfortunately due to a slight change in their shooting schedule in Vancouver Jamie Bamber, Tricia Helfer and Katee Sackhoff will now be leaving the UK a day early to be able to return to work on Monday morning, however they are able to arrive a day early so are still able to appear for a full two days. They will now be appearing all day Friday and Saturday, but not Sunday.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the production company for all their help in arranging time off for Jamie, Tricia and Kattee from their busy shooting schedules. It is only with their support that we have been able to secure this appearance next weekend.

Collectormania: Final update.

There have been quite a few changes to the Collectormania 7 line-up recently, with some unfortunate cancellations and also quite a few last minute additions!

Unfortunately due to a last minute addition to her shooting schedule Tricia Helfer has had to postpone her appearance this weekend, however she will be able to appear at Collectormania 8 in October. Also Terry Molloy will no longer be appearing due to a recent and sudden family bereavement. IÂ’m sure you will join us in extending our deepest sympathy to him and his family and we wish him all the best for the future.

We have been working hard to bring you as wide a range of stars as possible, and are pleased to announce quite a few last minute guests including Bernard Hill (Lord of the Rings, Titanic, etc), Tom Felton, Christian Coulson, Jamie Yeates, Devon Murray and Jamie Waylett (Harry Potter movies), Craig Charles, Danny John Jules and Chris Barrie (Red Dwarf), Nabil Shaban (Dr Who), Leslie Schofield (Star Wars episode IV), and finally James Challis and Sue Holderness (Only Fools and Horses). Due to the busy shooting schedules of some of our guests there have been several recent changes to their appearance days, so it is advisable to check the days on our website www.collectormania.com if there is any specific guest you are hoping to meet.

Tickets for the James Marsters and Lord of the Rings talk have now sold out, however limited tickets are still available for the Stargate SG-1 talk, Watchers talk and Collectormania Saturday night party. The office is now closed however tickets will be available from the Organisers Booth during the show.

We are also pleased to announce that Twentieth Century Fox are running several competitions during the show, with amazing prizes including a pair of tickets to the premiere of Kingdom of Heaven in Leicester Square, London! So why not visit their stand at the show to enter their competitions and receive goodies from the latest and forthcoming releases such as Fantastic Four, Night Watch, Revenge of the Sith and Kingdom of Heaven.

As with previous Collectormania events there will be flyers available at the organisers booth announcing the very first guests for Collectormania 8. So if you want to be one of the first people to know whatÂ’s in store for you at C8 make sure you grab one before they run out!
