Hmm kinda given up with cons nowadays, but if this is a 10 year celebration thing, there may be some old faces i've not seen for ages, so might consider going to this nearer the time.

TICKET PRICE
Tickets for this event are priced at:-
An adult ticket is £75
Children aged 15 and under at the time of the event are £30
Children aged 8 and under at the time of the event are free
Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible
adult.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.starfury.co.uk now.
You can also purchase them by calling us on 07930 319 119 Mon-Fri
10am to 5pm, after S3.
THE VENUE
STARFURY: DECALOGY will be taking place at the Norbreck Castle Hotel. I hope that you find the rates that we have negotiated for to be competitive, and in some cases are cheaper than at previous events. The Norbreck has agreed to package deals for convention
attendees, that not only include a full English breakfast, but all a three course carvery dinner each night.
The package deals are as follows:-
Single Room for 4 nights (Thur to Mon): £199
Twin / Double Room for 4 nights: £318
Single Room for 3 night (Fri to Mon): £155
Twin / Double Room for 3 nights: £250
Single Room for 2 nights (Fri & Sat): £135
Double / Twin Room for 2 nights: £230
The Norbreck at not accepting bookings just yet.
THE PARTIES
The parties will run each night until 2am. There will be a party each night, and I am currently negotiating for a Thursday night party for those who arrive early.
The Party Themes are:-
Thursday night (Provisional): Advance Party (A military theme)
Friday night: School Disco (In the past has always proved our most popular)
Saturday night: Return Of The Jedi Chefs (Star Wars and general sci-fi party with a twist. Those who don't understand should visit www.starfury.co.uk)
Sunday night: Father Ted (This was the theme of the first ever Starfury party way back in 1998)
There will be spot prizes for the best costumes at the party.
AUTOGRAPHS
This has been a very tricky one for us. Taking into account that other events now charge between £15 to £20 per signature, it would be truly unrealistic for us to offer an autograph from each guest for the current ticket price.
Instead, attendees will be entitled to a free autograph from up to 7 of the guests of their choice (subject to demand and availability). This represents around £115 to £150 worth of autographs included in a £75 ticket price.
Should you require autographs from additional guests, you will have to purchase at least one 10x8 picture from them. Should you purchase a 10x8 picture, they will also sign a personal item at no added cost.
THE GUESTS
As DECALOGY is a celebration of 10 years of STARFURY, the guest line up will be comprised of the very best of past STARFURY guests. We hope to have guests representing ANGEL, FIREFLY, XENA, BABYLON 5, DARK ANGEL, EARTH: FINAL CONFLICT, CHARMED, BUFFY and ANDROMEDA.
Current confirmed guests, subject to work commitments, include:-
Amy Acker (Fred / Illyria in ANGEL)
Nana Visitor (Madam X in DARK ANGEL)
Armin Shimerman (Principal Snyder in BUFFY)
Robert Leeshock (Liam Kincaid in EARTH: FINAL CONFLICT)

Dayne Johnson (Head of Make Up FX on ANGEL & POINT PLEASANT)
J August Richards (Gunn in ANGEL)
More guests will be announced over the coming weeks.

I may well be doing it, having been ill for these past 5 years getting back into the convention swing may well help the recovery (the money worries caused by everything is now the main thing holding me back). Anyhow after the dissapointment of my first two attempts to get back into normality (the Serenity convention being sold out and the Alton Towers trip) I may be booking early.

I knew this would convention would be held at this time of the year - i'm off to Cyprus on the 3rd for my sister's wedding so won't be able to make it

this is the largest amount of guests i have ever seen anounced on the site this far in advance of an event
if even half the guests turn up it should be a great weekend. could have predicted it would be school disco for the first party though, and claire kramer is always there (not that im complaining, cos shes always a laugh. i think sean harry has a thing for her!)
