I'll try to mingle more next time, but I'm shy and crowds just scare meHad a great weekend though and it was lovely to meet some more people, even if it was a bit brief

The guests were great I especially loved J (he's soooo sexy) and Amy, who came across as being a really lovely person. Hope I can get enough money to come to Eclispe!

well just got home and being my first con i must just say WOW

i am extremely tired and cant wait to get to bed.lovd all the guests,they were really good.my thoughts on the guests.

neil roberts- afunny guy,loved the hugh grant fancy dress and his rendition of mandy,it was the perfect end to a great convention

amy acker- so sweet and so Fred

julie benz- really pretty and a great personality,loved her

claire kramer- a good sport,loved the cheerleading to mickey on saturday

j august-much better looking in person and a great guy

elizabeth anne allen- thought she was great

stephanie romanov- so different to lilah,its unbelievable and i couldnt believe it when half of them was in tears at the closing ceremony.

anyway,just a thanks to sean for a great convention,lioness,spike,doylesgirl, the room party on friday was great,hope to do it again soon,jola it was great to finally meet you,and big hugs also to peg,,dan,and watcher girl,sorry if missed anybody out but so tired.

Well I did enjoy all the talks on the Saturday. Neil Roberts (Rex from Season 1 of Charmed) was hilariously funny, had some great stories to tell & it really surprised me how much I enjoyed a guest chat from someone I didn't know *yet* (as I haven't yet started on Charmed but will soon!) He kept the vid guy on his toes as Neil just would not sit or stand still! His Hugh Grant entry at the fancy dress competition was class! Sheer class!

Also was pleasantly surprised by Jeremy Renner - this guy was obviously partying hard on the Friday night but still came up with a great talk. He was very open & honest about himself, letting us in on a few things I would not have told anyone even under torture! (Thinking about how he got into the right mindset for his upcoming film about the serial killer (er, damler??) & the anatomy books!

Julie Benz was an absolute love again, telling us about er, (got to be careful of spoilers here!) how things happened on Angel & how she felt about it all. I saw her at N2K & she was great, at BGWB she was even better if that can be possible!

Stephanie Romanov surprised me as well - having only seen her as Lilah in Angel I intend to watch some more of the films she has been in - lovely guest!

Clare Kramer (Glory) & Elisabeth Anne Allen were teamed up in the next chat. Two different people asked her 'So what is it like to play a rat' D'OH! She wasn't in the cage! She wasn't anywhere near the set! Made us chuckle anyway - she answered quite tactfully I thought I couldn't believe how different Clare looked without her 'Glory hair' It was straight (as you can see in Jola's pictures) & she just looked so different. She was given a present (2 thongs - 1 for her & 1 for her friend Eliza (Faith)) which she promised she would pass on!

J & Amy were absolutely amazing. J has such a casual but energy filled & comfortable presence on the stage during the talk that it made you feel as if you were in a smaller group than the big hall. Amy made her first convention appearance & said she didn't know what to expect & was a little nervous but the whole room loved her straight away! J talked about how they all clicked with her when she came for the casting of Fred. Amy seemed to relax a little more & got comfy on stage by sitting cross legged on her chair.

I had a fantastic Saturday at the con & it was great to see everyone again - Prophecy, Peg & Hubby, Jackie (who made a fantastic fire devil in the Fancy Dress Comp!), Doyles Girl, Lioness, Morph, Jola, SPIKE, FFB, Oakley, Dan, Watcher Girl, VT, Stuart, Ming (I sat behind him in the talks all day), EW, Spikeo. I did the 'YMCA' dance & another & started to say my goodbyes as it was around 10.30 by then & I still had to drive home.

Great convention - oh I also booked my tickets for next years Starfury event - 'End of Days' Next year I will come for the whole weekend & not let work reports get in the way, I'll be in the hotel & will party long & hard

(edit: Sheesh! I knew I would forget at least one thing! A huge thanks to Sean & all his helpers for a fantastic convention!)

I'll post a bit more (hello's and stuff) when i've slept for about 12 hrs and my bwain is functioning again.

wow this is the best weekend i've had all year. so much to tell and stuff but i chatted up amy acker. saw her at the bar and thought right what to say. so i said to her 'have you seen this blonde bird with a thingy in her hair' she was like 'a thingy?' and i was like yes like a hair clippy thing i dunno what they're called as i'm not a woman but its like a thing' and she thought i emant an elastic thingy but i tried to explain i emanht plastic but she laughed a lot which was cool so then i go back to the others boastying about it and then realsie julie and elizabeth had jsut walked past me hearing me say i'm so in with amy, and they thought i was weird too. so anyway it was cool to see everyone and the guests were great they werre all so nice, and i really liked j and amy they were excellent such nice people. i so can't wait for eclipse now.

I think that was the best convention I've been to so far. The guests were great, the organisation superb, and the company I was in are just the best bunch of guys and gals you can hope to spend your time with (that's you lot BTW). Thankfully it's only a month till we can do it all again. It's kind of surreal comparing what I'm doing back in real life to yesterday and beyond, and I keep recalling moments from the talks, mostly the rude ones, and smiling about it.

Wow, my first Con! That was a whole heap of fun I'm sold on the whole idea and really looking forward to Eclipse.

I ought to confirm that Spike did indeed make Amy Acker laugh, as i was stood between them at the time (bodyguard!) and actually he made me laugh all weekend. Good to see everyone (especially Nic and her dress... woo! ) and see y'all next time.

Dangermouse was there partying to the very small hours with Slaughtered Lambs (Martin & Siobhon!) - cheers guys - sorry about the hangovers!!

Was seen by very few people - -as usual! Thanks to Pegasus for the boogie, and hi to Miss Edith - anyone else - see me at Nos on saturday!!!!!

Was a fantastic weekend - made better knowing that Charisma will be at Eclipse #droooooool#

Still trying to recover from all the dancing and alcohol and looking forward to Nos and Eclpise, so see you all there

(For those that didmn't recognise me - Friday night had BRIGHT red shirt and shades - unmissable!

Well I've finally gotten around to posting something about the convention so where to start?

First of all a big thank you to Red for offering me a place to kip each night. And to Abby for being the most energetic person I met over the weekend. I'm sure her batteries should have worn out but she kept on going

Oh and one more thing..."Who's on first"

Second a huge thank you and well done to Sean Harry for organising one of the best conventions I've been to. I would gladly go again to one of his; in fact I've already booked up for End of Days in May of next year.

Jola, how come you kept catching me chair bopping - although admittedly the music was far better than the previous BG convention!

At least they were only pics on the Friday night

The guests were all marvellous and Neil Roberts was fantastic even if I had no idea who he was. Also Jeremy Reiner was very good although I'm wondering if the poor boy is being typecast as a psycho already! J August Richards was his normal outgoing self, although I felt sorry for him and his girlfriend on the Saturday night when they were being interrupted on the dancefloor for photos (but Jola made them laugh ) Amy Acker was extremely cute and shy on stage - but the dance of joy was funny It appears that there is becoming an obsession for buffy/angel stars to sing when they are at conventions and maybe they ought to be pre-warned in any pre-convention contracts so it doesn't scare them so much

Laugh of the weekend *had* to be EvilBritney dragging Morph up to dance in a roomful of people (something I won't forget in a hurry!) Must get my piccies online
