Sange, me and Flowers (and anyone else who wants to) are going to meet up at Waterloo station at midday so we can watch the football first, and then everyone else will be meeting at the bowling alley around 3:30 ish (scroll up for directions/details).

And of course you can bring a friend. Especially if they are reasonably cute, have their own teeth and hair, single, and aren't too fussy in their taste in men...

oooh yes sange you must bring a friend yeah so i'll meet at waterloo at mid day too. but this bird i'm meeting, she gave me a nubmer that doersn't work so hopefully its her mistake, but i reckon she'll stand me up shes too gorgeous so i'll see for definate if shes meeting me or not, if not i shall deffinately be there, and i do actually wanna come to this more than meeting this bird really, as much as shes gorgeous i hate going on dates coz i can't act my normal self or i'll scare them off. but put me down for meeting at 12 unless i say otherwise.

And I am *SO* holding myself back from (re)making comments about fake numbers and Stevenage rules of engagement...

Love bowling. No flipping good at it, but I've always had fun in the past, so count me in. Be a good chance to meet a few people in real-life, and the alternative is spenind another weekend at home, blitzed out of my head on action movies and Spaced.

Not that that's entirely a bad thing.

I'll give the football a miss though.

OK, I was seriously considering coming to this until i found out how much my train was going to cost and how much pratting about on tube trains to get across london there would be. Considering i can't bowl to save my life i'm gonna have to give this one a miss.

Have fun guys and have a pint or three for me

Oh yeah, and there was the fact that I'll have to get up even earlier than I do during the week to get there on time and having nowhere to stay :eek:

I don't drink, so that's not such a huge incentive.

Also; not so good with a whole bunch of new people. If I just show for the bowling I can meet up with WH beforehand, and there'll be someone I know and much nervousness will be averted. It just works out better for me that way.

ok i'm deffinately coming now, i asked her to come to london she got funny so i said well i can't make both so she canceled completey which i'm actually happy about considering

Awwwww shucks guys Thanks for the offers. I'm currently reassessing my financial situation so you never know. And JayJay, I've lived in several scummy student houses, I can cope with anything

Well, as I was starting to panic a bit I've decided to play safe and have booked us for two games each for eight people. If more people want to come, I've checked and that isn't a problem, even if it's a last minute decision. Cost is something like £8.50 each per game, so as no one specified a second game, no one has to, and I'll soak up the extra cost. But the option is there.

Must make mental note to think of these things before hand...
