(New thread started so that information is easily available)
not that i mena to moan, but only 100 tickets? i'm not sure how many people are intending on going so it could be enough, but if they do sell out, any chance you would consider sellnig a few more? maybe up to 150 or don't you think theres that many people interested? see i wanna book but not sure who else is going for deffinate now and whether or not they'll get in.
SamphiretteTo you I guess I'm just a clown who picks you up each time you're down
Spike, there is also now a list of people who have booked so far on the website Click Here
Just in case you are worried whether you have a buddy already going or not
You also have to remember that the Prom is open to several boards so at 100 tickets say if there were only 5 boards this would only be 20 members from each board - which I guess gives worse odds than when tparty tickets were selling.
I would have to check with Lioness but I believe that its currently set to 100 due to the regulations for the venue.

Thanks for posting, Peg.
In response to SPIKE, what Peg said stands And just to let you guys know a quarter of the tickets have sold in five days...
Sydney You can lead the whore to culture but you can't make her think!
Is there a hotel we are all stopping at or are we just sorting out our own?
Graham said we can go as long as I pay for the hotel, so anyone who fancies sharing, we could get a triple if it'll work out cheaper.

The Holiday Inn Castle Bromwich has given me some discounted rates. Price details are as follows:
£45 double/twin = £22.50 each person per night
£55 family room (3 adults) = £18.33 each person per night
£65 family room (4 adults) = £16.25 each person per night
You can book your hotels through me and pay when you arrive at the hotel.
In that case if 2 more people are up for saving a little more money to spend on beer, we could get a family room

You can book your hotel rooms via The Prom email account. Just let me know which room size you would like and who will be staying in the room. Payment for the room is made on arrival at the hotel.
Well, the time draws ever nearer for all you guys & gals to don those frills & furs...and that's just the guys
It's been just over a week since the tickets went on sale, and the response has been fantastic
We've already sold over a third of the tickets!!
Those of you who still require tickets, worry ye not, there are still plenty left, but they are selling quite quickly, so get your orders in now.
So don't forget to check out the Prom site for details of how to book tickets, general updates and possible shopping days for those of us who still don't have a clue what we're going to wear

Lioness, consider this notice that I've caved in. We're not getting a bonus at work this year, due to having made a farce of our finances (don't you just love management?) so we're getting an extra couple of days hols this year, to be taken only in the summer, so I can definitely make it now!
I'll send an email to the prom address in a mo.

Yay JayJay! I knew you'd find a way eventually.
I put out a number of leaflets about The Prom at Homecoming and there seemed to be quite a lot of interest and questions asked for the hour I actually sat with them.
A few registrations taken over the weekend and more expected in the next few days

Can we sort out roomies in this thread? If so, any one up for sharing?

I think I already have a room buddy sorted so I should be ok ... but this is a good reminder to sort out details
