Edit - actually its just been pointed out to me (cheers Spikeo) that Sanctuary 8 is being held on the same weekend as the T21 Alton Towers meet - so I'll not be able to make it after all! Sorry chaps...

Oops Dave, got to admit that clashed with Nos night last year for Alton Towers and it looks like whenever we have it it'll clash with something so I'm really sorry on behalf of those who can't do both To be honest we thought August Sanctuary would be the 24th ...

The hotel and everything is already arranged, but if its any consellation not everyone goes to Alton Towers.

Glad to see you are back up with a new venue I've updated the calendar but I'm not sure what the opening details are etc ... fill us in when you can Dave

I tried to book the 24th August,but Carpe Diem had a wedding booking ALL day.
So it couldn't be helped I'm afraid.

Well done Dave- will try my utmost to be there.

Looking on the positive side, being in one room might open my eyes to a few things I wouldn't normally watch and I'm sure it'll be a bit more sociable.

We have new eps of Farscape, SG-1 and a couple of brand new shows for everyone.
It's beginning to look like JtB is the only T21er coming to this months meet.

Sorry this has clashed with Alton Towers Dave. Unfortunately we didn't know Sanctuary was on that weekend back when we set the date As Peg says, the same thing happened last year with Nos!

Crikey! I'm getting some attention!

I've been to all the Sanctuaries bar one (I think I was away or something), but haven't really chatted with people much so you probably wouldn't know me personally.

As to what I look like- about 6ft tall, dark and slightly untidy hair, a bit on the portly side. I'd like to be able to say what I'll be wearing tomorrow but I haven't decided yet...

Well I enjoyed myself there was quiet a large turnout( if you keep getting bigger Dave I can see you needing a bigger room. It was nice to see some Farscape to clear my withdrawl symptoms even though you keep taunting me about about how good its getting.

The venue was good (reasonable bar prices and pub food) and hopefully the projectors working.
