Aaahhhhh!!! Didn't realise it was several of you. Everytime my phone rings and I see it's SPIKE I don't answer it. I did hear the voicemail message and the what I told you to do and the nice name I called you all was only aimed at SPIKE

London meet Aftermath
Where to begin? Those that made it were Picture of Flowers, Spike,KatieStar,Red,Taz,Smutfest,JayJay,Gopher,Rich,Ethan, Thai and John
What a fun day in the the sun!! Started with meeting in the Admiral pub in Pimlico , where Spike showed all his amazing pulling power, only to be denied by a snobby bird and her peanuts !
After several games of pool (ahem Katie! Cheat!!!),and roasting marshmallows over lighters(!), we had to make a sharp exit after somebody spilt their pint! If that wasnt a cardinal sin alone it was over the pool table!
We then headed to the Steam Engine pub in North Lambeth for some karaoke, and much to the pleasure of the fellow passengers on the train, we warmed up with a few choruses on route . Though somehow we seemed to lose Smutfest on the way.
Not soon after arriving, previous beer spilling person dropped another pint (and shall remain nameless for further embarrassment!) , followed by Spike singing 'Walk Like An Egyptian', much to his surprise (sorry mate - that was me & JayJay !!)
Several beers and songs later (and Spike pulling some mad old loony), it was time to go home!Taz left her bag in the pub and returned to get it, whereas Spike,Jayjay, PoF and myself procedded to sign to all who were phoned (deepest apologies to Sydney and Teresa and anyone else caught up!!)
After missing my last train by 2 mins, waited an hour for buses to get me home - finally rolling in just before 3!
Which just proves that it was a fantastic success, even though several people were missing and missed (you know who you are -x-). Roll on the next Nos.
PS Comments of my singing have been left to those that were there
This original thread was never intened to knock Nos or any Sector 14 event. It was simply mis-named and apologies to all those connected with Nos and Sector 14 , and T-21, for any misunderstandings.

One day I'm going to be on time to a meet I organize.
Scratch that, one day I'll just be on time.
Firstly thanks to all of you who made it - I had a fantastic time and it's all down to you. And commiserations to those of you who couldn't make it, it was a cracking night out.
Some personal highlights:
Merrick the magician and his fawning groupie Spike.
Me winning at pool. Until Flowers decided to be a bit of a pool shark.
Smutfest going to the bar to get me a Smirnoff Ice and coming back with a pint of the stuff...
Spike's obsession with a bar maid that clearly wasn't flirting with me.
Taz operating as the Not-Nos official camera person, and in particular a shot she took of me after some show boating. 'I'm ready for my close up, Mr De Mile...'
Dangermouse's fantastic left handed penalty shoot out winner and stunning singing. Rally, you've got competition on the Mustang Sally front (but probably not from the backing singers...).
Me and Ethan's wonderful Blink 182 tribute, as well as a fantastic 'Come As You Are' Club Singer Stylee from myself, Flowers and Spike.
T21 being called up to the mike for 'We Are The Champions[/b].
Me and Flowers rocking the joint with 'It's Like That'.
Ahh .. poo .. list could go on forever. There's too many to list. Thanks to Taz for supplying a place to crash and the tape for gagging Spike with. And thanks to Flowers, Spike, Taz, Katiestar, Thai, John, Gopher, Dangermouse, Imzarquon, Smutfest, Red, Ethan, Merrick, Mad Old Karaoke fan, the poor people of the Steam Engine and, oh, the poor so-and-sos on the tube for putting up with our madness.
And Spike, your name is not Hugo, she wasn't singing to you, and I meant it when I said I wouldn't hold your coat while her rather large, if looking slightly inbred, boyfriend kicked your ass if you said so much as boo to Laura.
Did I leave anything out?

Very cool day!
It was good to meet the people I've not met before: Gopher and John. You both rock, hope to see you again soon!
Jayjay: Another highly enjoyable meet. No Billy Idol or Linkin Park but our Run DMC performance I think more than made up for it!
Katie: Always a pleasure! But you can't keep using that same line as a reason for letting you win at pool!
Thai: "One small bite" does not mean "Please eat half of my sandwich and steal my Double Decker!"
Dangermouse: The Karaoke king! Despite the fact that you showed the rest of us up, it was very cool to see you again! Sorry you missed your train though.
Spike: A brave attempt at the Bangles! But you made up for it in the "Come as You Are" in the club-style! Although you still deserved to be gagged with sellotape!
Red: Hope you had a cool unbirthday! What was the final suck quota? Hope you can come up with a use for the skipping rope and spaghetti strainer!
Ethan: Glad you could make it, despite screaming in pain with every movement! Hope you feel better soon. And I didn't see Spike's card in the toilets so someone obviously liked the look of him and picked it up!
Taz: Thanks for the crash-space, and for bringing those photos along, some 'interesting' shots there!
Smutfest: The vanishing man! What happened to you??????
Rich: Good to see you again. Sorry we didn't speak more, but, Yay you spelt your name right!
So, yeah! Thanks everyone who turned up, including those who were there in spirit only! And thanks to that Geordie guy who does the voice-over on Big Brother, who took time out of his busy schedule to phone me and keep me up to date on events!!!
And apparently I remind some mad old woman of Scooby Doo!!!

(quotes)Well, I can just see me going into the ladies to put your card there... So have you had anyone call yet?
As ever, a fantastic day, and thanks to everyone who made it so
Magicians, frogs, tongs (!), spillage and breakage, Barman Lee (Hubba Hubba - and thanks for shouting about his butt, katie ), me winning at pool (?!?!), marshmallow toasting, new people, disappearing T21'ers, multicoloured and Pippi Longstocking hair, Elvis, backing vocals, cards in loos, the adoring fans, the best little karaoke pub I've ever been in ... the day was indeed action packed!
Thanks for the card and pressies and drinks and swizzel sticks and straws (my sucking crown remains intact) The day was definitely a success, and here's to the toad, spider and stripper weekend
Oh, and kudos to the guys for attempting Run DMC - not an easy song, but you did admirably.
Gopher, mail me and we'll do lunch Staines stylee

Probably cos he wasn't - he 's just using the post to pimp his own photos
Well, I've just put my very own photies (of that weekend they were mainly Spike bound & gagged with sellotape at mine the morning after, plus some from NOS) into the chemist & I shall be bringing them along to Spike's at the weekend for you all to have a lookey at.
Anyhoo. Had a fab time, apart from losing my phone
(re: forgetting in pub & finding it stolen when I went back to get it )
I even got up to sing ...well, backup to DM anyway
However, I'd really not recommend trying to limit your alcohol intake by spilling it everywhere...yes! it was me who spilt it on the pool table
