Taken from other thread:
Had a good time around the park, got wet and walked way to much.
Home now and very very tired. I don't think anyone got broke this year Hope everyone got home safe
The girls were super if not a little enthusiastic!!
by Green_Amber
I just wanted to put a quick post up saying a BIG THANK YOU to Rich and Yvonne for organising this weekends events, me and the girls had a brilliant time, and Nicole is absolutely bessoted with Milky
A big Thank You to all the shoulder carriers and helpers who helped me out with the girls, coz they can be a bit of a handful, and I was able to have a good time, due to everyone's help.
AIR ROCKS!

What a fantastic weekend. Big squeezy thankyou hugs to Rich and Yvonne for the organisation
Not a full list but...
Kat - to my ride buddy. Told you the big scary rides were fun (and you probably dealt with Air better than me )
Lioness - for being lovely as always, and holding my hand on Air. Don't know why, but it kinda freaked me. See you soon babe
Thank you Smudge for being chauffeur for the weekend, it was good going to a meet by car for a change. And i think Dan liked that this meant he could come home with a case and a half of Stella
Alex thank you for my pressie! I looked even more like a looney then normal listening to Monty Python as i walked to and from work today, laughing out loud and gaining strange looks. So maybe not that different, i guess Sorry my inane drunken ramblings sent you to sleep under me on saturday night
Oh, running out of brain cell so love to Jayjay, Sydney, DM, Korri (you must come to more meets), Whistler, Taz, Peg, Milky, Linz, Sam, Stuart, Sophie and everyone else.
Oh, and i refuse to get in a shower with any of you lot ever again

What can I say to add to what has already been said? Once again another fab weekend, Big thanks to Rich for all the organising and Yvonne for the emails and what-not. It wouldn't have been the same without you!
It was great to see you all again, and lots of new faces which is always good!
My funniest moment? Chrissy wearing his hat at the top of Oblivion and promptly hurtling towards the ground leaving his hat to float slowly and gracefully back down to earth to the delight of *everyone* in the area.

Glad to hear y'all had a fabulous time!
He-he the yogi song, haven't heard that in aaaaaages
by Smudge
i fell asleep last night with the yogi song in my head
We went halfway accross california in a magic bus singing that
Fab weekend! To echo a number of other people, it was great to see old faces and some new. Brief mentions to (and apols to those I can't recall at the moment):
Inc - For driving me oop North and back
Chrissy - for being a great host (even if I couldn't quite manage breakfast on Saturday morning. Oops).
Redwitch, Stoo, Whistler, Slayerfest, Peg, Rally, Tam&Mon (my gnome companions!), Dan, Watcher Girl, Smudge (nice to meet you, ta for the drink), Lioness, POOF (damn that pesky O!).
Highlights: Doing the superhero thing on Air - so cool and Chrissy losing his hat on Oblivion. Unfortunately I was on the ride at the time so I had to content myself with reports from onlookers.
Lastly, the WW2 flight formation on the big swings at the back of Ugland, led by Squadron Leader Rally. Chocks away!!!
Thanks to Inc, Rally and Stoo for providing recepticles for my stuff (contact lenses case, purse, phone etc) on the rides. Thanks to Inc for being my shield on the log flume. There was a great photo of the 5 of us, Chrissy at the back and Inc at the front with the arms in the air and Me, Tam and Mon in the middle with our hoods up being right wusses!
Top weekend Many thanks to DJ Billy and Yvonne for doing the organisy things.

I know we've both got long hair, but can you not tell the difference between me and Jayjay? The teacups were great fun, although far too much like hard work.
by Whistler
Although, I have to say, the teacups are just as good and I have to thank my 'co-pilots', Smudge and JayJay for helping taking the strain
'Twas a fantastic weekend.
Woah dude! Well I got home and promptly went to bed. I then didn't wake up for a whole 12 hours!! But I'm still knackered!!
Very cool weekend! My first time at Alton Towers so it was all very exciting and new! So thanks to everyone who guided me around and helped me have a good time.
Memories .... the Great Creme Egg Robbery; the best ride of all - the Teacups! ; singing We are the Champions on said ride and being insulted over the tannoy thing; making up songs to sing on the Flog Lume; singing obscure kids TV themes in the queue for Air (considering we didn't do karaoke we did a lot of singing!); slaying wasps; managing to make it through the whole weekend without getting my nipples twisted or a wedgie!; attempting to leave the room party and go to bed but being hugged, picked up and thrown down on the bed by Lioness, then sat on by Taz and finally bitten on the chest by Jayjay! ; the water-fight in the hotel; being soaked by Stoo when I was on the phone and then getting revenge a little while later ; Sporks!
So anyhoo, thanks to Yvonne and DJ for doing a great job of the organising.
Smudge - Great to meet you. That's another member in my army of Steps fans! Hope to see you at more meets soon. And well done for not getting lynched!
Watcher Girl - Very sorry for falling asleep underneath you but I assure you it wasn't your doing. Insane banter is what keeps me sane! Hope your eyes have managed to stay in!
Linz - Speaking of insane ... Very cool to meet you, you and Blinky helped make the queues pass a lot quicker! And I've still not thought of an action that doesn't have a sound!
Jayjay - For the vodka shots, for Walking like an Egyptian on Air, for screaming like a girl, for looking like Dougal, for all these things and more, I salute you!
Whistler - Good to see you again dude, it'd been way too long! Hope you've recovered from your high-speed car chase! And appologies if mine and Taz's random Eddie Izzard quotes confused you!
Sydney - Always a pleasure, babe. Though I expect double-hugs next time since I missed out this time! The hair looked great, not at all Ozzy-ish! And glad you liked the CD.
Yvonne - Well, there was no Kylie-Macarena and no Hokey-Cokey! But we did do the Monkees-walk and a short burst of Puddle of Mudd so that's cool!
Big hugs to everyone else: Milky and Stoo my roomies (and Stoo I did not push you out of bed, you just fell!); my travel buddies DM, Jola and Gopher; Coolkat - happy birthday hun; Redwitch, Taz, Lioness, Teresa, Peg, Dan, Mamf, Green Amber, Emily, Opi, Rally, Leah, Tracie, Richie, Korrigan, Dave, Micool, G, Slayerfest,Chrissy, Tam, Mon, Inc and all the kids and mums and dads. And anyone I've forgotten.
Not sure when I'll see you all again but it certainly won't be soon enough!
