December Nos - 7th December
Nosferatu Night - a long-standing event organised and run by Sector 14 in London.
Place : Pages Bar, Page Street, Westminster, London (Off Vauxhall Bridge Rd, nearest tube stns: Pimlico/Victoria/Westminster)
Time : 5pm - extended hours?
Cost : £ 5.00 a ticket, available on the door (unless otherwise specified)
Date : Saturday 7th December
Nosferatu Nights consist of normally Buffy and Angel episodes screened around the bar, with a few excellent music videos thrown in for good measure. There is also a raffle each month with some great prizes on offer and if time allows, a quiz. Announcements for other Sector 14 events can usually be heard here first too.
When all the videos have been shown the DJ takes over and 'Party Time' begins. General mayhem (some call it dancing!) ensues, until closing time.
Some choose to 'dress' for the occassion, anything from vampiric teeth and contacts to full costumes.
A lot of Tangent21 members go along to the 'Nos' nights, and usually make a day of it, heading in the afternoon to the 'pre-meet' to meet up with other members and friends for drinks and general silliness. The pre-meets are fairly consistent in time and location, but it's worth checking the Meets forum each month for any changes.
It's a great way to catch up with all your friends, and Tangent21 members are always happy to welcome new people into the fold at the pre-meet, so if you fancy a day of madness come along, say 'Hi' and join us for a great day out!

Thought i'd get in early and see who's going as many missed last month (and were missed too :upset
Think some people are getting into the X-mas spirit - whereas overs will just be drinking it 
So to start the ball rolling, I shall be there

I'd love to come, seeing as its my birthday, but I have a feeling that my housemates will be wanted to get me REALLY drunk...they are determined to see my fall over in the mud!!
Plus getting from York to London would be a real pain I've STILL never been to a nos night
Although I think I've been put off alcohol for a while..I think it was that game of strip snap that did it...

As Peg said I come from Yorkshier (Hull to be exact). It takes about three hours on the train which isn't too bad. Hull Train do a direct train from Hull to Kings Cross for about £35 bought in advance. Might be worth you looking into...

If I recall (this was a few years ago, mind you) there are regular trains to & from York & London & fairly cheap plus fares are always cheap if u buy any moore than a couple days in advance

Yeah, but then I have the other issue of having to tell my housemates that I'm disappearing off to London without them !!
I think they are very keen on getting me drunk (I'm a student and I haven't been drunk yet...howq sad is that?!)
