'Carpe Jugulum' - June 3rd to June 7th 2003 @ SouthLondontheatre.
I know there are a few Pratchett fans on the boards, so thought I'd let everyone know about this play, adapted from one of his books.
It's a fantastic play about vampires & witches, and I play a priest who gets caught up in the battle.
Kinda a cross between Lord of the Rings & Buffy the Vampire Slayer (well, I gotta sell tickets somehow!)
If you're interested in coming along, then the best way to book tickets is to get in touch with me and I'll reserve/buy your seats.
Alternatively, the box office is open every Wednesday from 19:30, or on show nights from 19:30. (020 8670 3474)
And for those of you that can't be without a drink for more than 5 mins - yes, the theatre does have a bar!

South London Theatre is situated in the heart of West Norwood just a one minute walk from West Norwood BR where fast and frequent train services run to and from Victoria, London Bridge and East and West Croydon.
(only 20 mins from Victoria by train)
Bus routes 2, 68, 196, 315, and 322 all stop within 20 yards of the front door.

I'd love to see this but I'm on shift on all the dates but the Saturday and .. well .. I haven't been to Nos in aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages.

For those who are going on Friday,
Just to let you know, we've been running pretty late the last 2 nights, finishing around 22:40, so here's some train times to make sure you all get back to London safely:
West Norwood - London Bridge
22:55 - 23:21
23:25 - 23:51
West Norwood - Victoria
23:02 - 23:23
23:19 - 23:39
23:32 - 23:54
The tickets are reserved under my name 'Chris Learmonth'.
Getter there:
If you're getting the train to West Norwood (I think it's a South Croydon train), then exit the station via the gate in the fence in the middle of the platform.
Then you just take a right when you leave the gate and head down the road, then take a left and walk for a minute. The theatre is based in an old Victorian fire station.
Drinks are not allowed in the theatre, so if you want one, be sure to arrive early enough in the bar to drink it (Bar opens at 19:00ish). It's also a good idea to buy your interval drinks before the play starts, that way you can just pick it up right away at the interval.
I look forward to catching up with you afterwards.

I can't get to Tower Hill before 6.30, so it may be easier if I just meet you guys at Victoria, if Alex is meeting you at Tower Hill.
