Thorpe Park - After the splash
Sitting at Bipolars after what has to be termed an excellent trip to Thorpe Park. So many funny moments from Wale & Ethan doing a 180 degree turn on the rapids ride, the massive tidal wave that almost drowned PoF, Wale & Bipolar, Nutty Bat and her almost permanent ride position of eyes shut; mouth open, the woman on the Detonator who was screaming in terror when the ride finished and we were all pointing and laughing at her from the queue & the girl on the Detonator who looked like she was going to vomit and saw us giggling at her, making all these plans for funny things to say on Detonator and not being able to say them cos it dropped *so* quick, Colossus twice in a row, Ethan doing Superman on the Colossus, Wooo-Hoooooing on every ride in Thorpe Park, doing the Wild Monkey Dance on the Magic Carpet type ride, persuading Nutty Bat to go on the Vortex where she almost deafened Wale with her screams of terror*snigger*, Pof & me doing the Macarena on the Vortex and me persuading the girl next to me to do it, the Freezer and The Freakshow - live mazes with actors trying to scare you, Mr Monkeys Banana boat - having the whole boat in stitches with the Wooo-Hooo's and singing 'Gay Boat'.
And thats just some of the day!!!
Was a great day and was really cool to spend some time with everyone that came so big thanks to PoF, Ethan, Wale, Bipolar, Nutty Bat, Teresa and ickle Samble for a memorable day

a great day had though im paying for it now as my hair has become one massive dreadlock it's gonna take a lot of work to sort that out but it was worth it especially as we hardly had to que at all for almost all of the rides
(monday morning: anyone else already suffering the onstarts of a cold? lol)

That was a very, very fun day, and also the end to a very funky weekend. I'm completely exhausted now but it was worth it.
After getting completely soaked by the rain just walking the short distance from the tube station, I wasn't exactly positive about it being a great day to do Thorpe Park. But when we got there the rain had stopped so we were in better spirits.
The first stops were the Depth Charge and Tidal Wave so we all got soaked (actually, make that drenched from head to toe) straight away! And didn't dry out till we got home. My feet were like ice blocks by the end of it!
I think Milky's covered most of the memorable moments. Though there were some funny ride photos taken, the best one being from the second go on the Nemesis Inferno! Damn them for being so expensive though! And I did feel very bad when I saw Nutty Bat getting off the Vortex. Entertaining the crowd on the flying carpet thing was cool! And one of the highlights was spotting the Monkey's Forehead as we were driving back home!
Anyhoo, I'm off to bed...
