I was the one dealing with the bloke on the phone. Internet was down for a couple of days so I asked Em to deal with it. She has the number but she seems to be in la la land this week. I will email it to you once I get the reference off my laptop (stupid bloody college STILL hasen't got the cabin internet access up and running yet; A YEAR after it was installed!!). Apologies it it looks odd as I will have to do it by the power of mobile phone. I'll give Em a kick up the backside as to organising the tickets; least she can do as I'm paying for the hotel.

Actually it's a mixture of both !!!

Most of the rooms that were not reserved were released at the end of last week. There was some confusion regarding the last of the rooms. That room was going to be cancelled on Monday.

Either way, the block booking has now been cancelled. If youwant a room, the hotel will have a few spare rooms, as they will have been freed up by the cancellation of our block booking

The mails with directions and stuff are still coming right?
