Can't you just go to a club or bar or something?

A hotel room is hardly the place for parties even if the hotel was empty, and inevitably there are going to be other guests, making it even worse.

What you get upto in your hotel rooms isn't anything to do with us.
But bare in mind if you upset the other guests and damage any property in drunken antics you could well be asked to leave and that might possibly cause problems for us in the future as we do tend to use the Travel Inn chain for most of our meet hotels.

Trying to have a modicum of common sense might be an idea

Last year though I thoguht we were supposed to be all pretty near each other in the hotel. I know noise can disturb other guests and stuff like that, but after the party theres nowhere to go to have a chat with some people. I know a lot of people went toa club last year but also a lot of us didn't and wanted a room to hang out in. basically I jsut wanna know if thsi year we'll have a section of the hotel which will let us have a few people in a room if we keep the noise to a certain level. Last year yes we were loud, then we were thrown outta every other room tried to go into even when there was then about quarter of the people and had kep the noise down, that Jim guy kept following us.

Yes because there was too much noise and there were complaints.

It's really not rocket science you know.

OKay I'm updating the initial post with those people who I have received a cheque from Keep them coming guys and dolls!

PS - Maff, the hotel don't have any I was told, and as Stoo said they are the same price anyway.

PPS - The staff have said they will try and place us together as we are a large group but cannot guarantee that as it depends largely on other guests checking in and out. It may not be possible to ensure all rooms down one end free during the couple of days before we check in. I did ask!
