T-Party Friday Night Plans ...
So whoooooose coming on the friday?
I was gonna recommend the Flares Pub/Club which rocks and has it's own VIP area but i cant afford the £200 deposit (which you get back at the end of the night) but there's also the Rocket Club *cough*lapdanceers*cough* and from the location of our hotel there are a DOZEN+ other pubs in the area.
so whose gonna be there on the friday and what ideas do you have or what would you fancy doing?

I've been talking about this with a few different people from the site. Karaoke has been mentioned but I'm not to keen, I've got a feeling that to do Karaoke wouldn't be as fun for the people that were there last year, it would seem to much like last year because we'd have the same hotel, do the same thing on the Friday night and the same thing on the Saturday night. It just doesn't sound like a good idea to me although if the majority are up for Karaoke who am I to argue.
There is a megabowl in walking distance from New Street train station(Pershore Street), so it shouldn't be that far from the hotel...we could do bowling?
There's also a cinema not far from the hotel, so we could do a film then go clubbing?
There's hundreds of pubs and clubs so we could just attempt to do every pub on Broad Street and see who makes it back to the hotel in one peice
Can't really think of anything else of the top of my head though.

I was thinking that as we have younger people they are more likely to get into the kareoke pub than a club. Ill just go where my partner in crime demands me to go

The Chuckle brothers (Wale and my goodself) won't be there until fairly late (10+) but we will still have a penchant for drink based debauchery. So we will definetly be hitting somewhere where this can be executed (x-men style).

i was thinking maybe a place that latecomers can join in when they arrive cos not everyone will be there at 3 or 7 or even 9pm (eg Jiminy & wale) so something that when people arrive one person can text "two roads down" or "seventh pub on the right" maybe somewhere that wont be too hard to find.
but hey anyone thats early can always scout the area and see what there is *shrug*

I'm hoping to get there on the friday (should find out today when my training date is - fingers crossed it's the 24th!)
And talking of Scary Pop Idol peeps (re. Skunk Boy !!), i was working at Fulham Broadway last Sunday, and the scary mad Irish Peter Stringfellow look-a-like was waiting for a train !!
Thankfully he didn't sing tho

you're as bad as Maff. i've been trying to get him to do some sort of dancing movements but to no avail. I need stronger forces to help me get him on the dance floor. any volunteers? he never reads this thread so he'd be none the wiser 
I'm not gonna be there on the friday though

\m/Just for anyone who doesn't know but the new Bullring is fully open since last year's thing...probably a good few hours could be spent in there if people are looking for stuff to do on Saturday...
