I collected some money off people last night for their tickets for The School Disco on April 13th - well DJ Billy did 'cos I was drunk

...and I nearly managed to run off with it

I'd like to go to - just let me know how I can contact you and the money will wing its way!

Just to let you know that I have just ordered 14 tickets for the people named at the top of the thread. I was still waiting for a few more cheques of a couple of people but couldn't wait any longer as I'm leaving for London now. If anyone else wants tickets they can be ordered at www.schooldisco.com

Whilst Teresa is away I'm keeping tabs on the schooldisco website and it appears that advance tickets for the 13th April are now sold out however, there are:

"300 TICKETS AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR FROM 9.00PM AND MORE FROM 11.45PM. If you do not have advanced tickets best to arrive 1/2 hour before opening on both nights. For saturdays in London you could also try arriving around 11.45pm as some people leave to catch the last tube thus creating more room in the venue."

Apparently you need to print a badge to wear located www.schooldisco.com/htm/school_rules.php

This also lists out acceptable school uniform for boys and girls Hope you all enjoy.

Just letting you know that I'm still up for this. I even brought my actual school tie down from Edinburgh at the weekend.
I guess I'll be one of the bods queueing up for a ticket. Hey, this is London. It's just what I expect.

You might be in luck, my attendance of this is looking doubtful thanks to... well you dont all want to hear about that.

Sufice to say, if i dont go you can buy my ticket of me and not cue.

I'll let you know as soon as i know, if that makes sence.

I have recieved the tickets and there is a note on them saying we have to be there by 10.30pm to get in. Just to let you know that people will have to leave Nos early.

Also if anyone else drops out I have someone who would like a ticket. Let me know

does that mean we have to leave nos about 10pm? i think pimlico is jsut about open at that time.

We may even have to leave earlier. I'm not sure how far Hammersmith is, by train, from there.
Okay, I've just had a look, and it's one stop to to Victoria from Pimlico (or we can walk down to there?) then it's seven stops to Hammersmith from there.
It's gonna take a litte longer than a half hour to get there, so it may even have to be 9.30 that we leave.

Would you stop with your 'Pimlico's closed' fixation!! But, that does suck that we'll have to leave early. Oh well, I suppose it'll leave more time for the cheesy School Disco music!

I've just had a look, and it's one stop to to Victoria from Pimlico (or we can walk down to there?) then it's seven stops to Hammersmith from there.

You could walk up to St James station. It's on the District line so you won't have to change. It's just behind the premeet pub from Christmas (the one by Scotland Yard for those who remember that night )

Actually, it turns out I have the opportunity to go to this. A mate told me about it and it sounds like a lot of fun. Might catch you all there
