Bit of a problem - is a friends only list, and I'm not on your friends list

Until she can sort that out somehow, here's the basics:

We organised a Red Dwarf 'get-together' at Nic's place a few years ago & it turned into a giant Eurovision love-in (well, laugh-in anyhoo), due to not being terribly organised with the finding of RD vids, etc..
After that, we decided to try & make it a regular thing.

It'll never be called a Eurovision weekend though, 'cos that would probably just turn into a Red Dwarf (or possibly even something completely different) weekend.

Anyhow Taz given the basics of the weekend: drinking, laughter and more drinking.

Ahhhhhh... the infamous Red Dwarf weekend! I was just thinking about that the other day actually!

Depending on dates and stuff I'd be interested in coming along... When is the Eurovision Song Contest again..?

According to the Eurovision website it's saturday 21st May.

Seeing as I provided a great deal of entertainment last time I should consider putting in an appearence at this one lol

I'll have to see how timings and money go closer to the time

We can always try and organise lifts and things if needed and there's only food and drink costs when you get here

Red Dwarf - Yay! Booze - Yay!! Y'all - Yay!!! Eurovision...

Can't we call it Eurovision weekend? Then we'd definitely watch RD, and I've got series 1 through 3 on DVD now, if that helps. I just really don't want to watch the Eurovision contest. Though that made no difference last time... By the way, a prize to anyone who can remember the Greek (I think) entry that had a Gary Numan fixation that had us in hysterics last time.

Currently working my fourth to last ever night shift, and that means I won't be working any weekends ever again from next month, so I should be able to make this, though I have a suspision of a cousins wedding around then. Need to double check, but as I said, I'm a probable.

Well, Eurovision is only on for a few hours & we have a whole weekend to fill...

Sounds like a cool weekend. I likes my RD. Little things like naming your computers after it....

I have S1-4 on DVD, and I have all the others burnt to CD if thats any help.

We even watched a bit of Red Dwarf last time, I believe, so gotta fit it in somewhere

Eurovision is a must. Just to have a laugh at the entries. Be nice to see it on a TV as opposed to having to stream it in over the net
