). Yes, it's 4 months away but we need to get tickets and hotels sorted at least a month before the date.
Have made a filtered post on DeadJournal (you'll have to be logged in) with details of where to send cheques/ transfer cash too.
If you're not on there email me and I'll send deatils.
Also: Hotels - We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express, Hammersmith (book room for the max 3 adults and you can fit in 4). Can't remember the rates offhand but I don't think we've paid over £25 before (with 4 in a room). You can book this yourselves.
Remember I need money by 12th August.
