T Party - Who's coming?!

Hey folks :

A few of you have asked if we have a list of attendees that we can post.

There are a lot of people interested in attending the T Party and indeed quite a few of you have booked hotel rooms. However, we canâ€™t count someone as a definite attendee until theyâ€™ve paid for their ticket. From past experience most people usually do this about 3-4 weeks before the actual party and so we wonâ€™t be able to post a definitive list for a few weeks. We could post a list of â€œprobabliesâ€, however we think itâ€™s fair to wait until someone has confirmed before we post them up as a â€œdefiniteâ€

However, if there are those of you who want to let the world know youâ€™ll be at the T Party then please feel free to post below

When someone gives us a definite "yes" below we'll edit this post to add your name

For the record, she wasn't dumped (I need to clarify so she can't harp on about it in the future) and I made sure she had another roomie before even considering the change of plans.

lil_miss It's all a moo point, a cow's opinion.

Just to update folks on the hotel situation. Roomwise, to our knowledge, there are 2 double rooms left, and 6 twin rooms left in the group booking. If you've booked a room and not told me, please drop me an email to let me know. My email address is in the T-Party Info email.

The remaining rooms will be cancelled in a week. That's the 13th of April. We have to cancel the rooms we're not using in the block booking a week before the party, so that's why. We've been told by the hotel that outside the group booking, there are no vacancies, so it's in your interest to book soon in the group booking and get the discount, if you still need a room.

Oh and I'm minus puppy. He's far too noisy and I'm not prepared to get up at 6am with a hangover and in my PJs to take him outside to pee. I'll find out tomorrow off the puppy woman if I can get a 24hr sitter. If not I'll be a no show

So when I first showed interest I was coming on my own but David (my partner for people who don't know) has now decided he wants to come so I'm a plus 1

Having booked the hotel I feel a little worried. Did anyone else have a very very very laid back booking? All they did was take my name! No contact telephone number, no address, no card details. Was it like this for everyone?

Yip, I was the same. I think it's been like that for everyone actually. Because at the end of the day, the rooms that were block booked initially are currently being guaranteed by a credit card I think, so they have a form of payment on their books.
