Awww! I'm sure it will come to light. Maybe your Nans put it in a safe place and forgotten where. My "Safe places" are often very hard to remember as well.

That sucks. It'll sound an obvious question but does your nan know where or when she last saw the crucifix? It's got to be lying around at your nan's somewhere it's just a case of having a good look.

Thats awful. Its always worst when its something of sentimental value goes missing.

I know it isn't much consolation but it'll turn up eventually - I just found a diary that I lost in June 1998 (at the time I spent weeks looking for it because it contained incriminating stuff that I didn't want my mum to read)

I hope your crucifix turns up quicker than my dairy did.

How did it get from your mum to your nan? i.e. did your mum drive there with it? In which case - search the car, especially down the sides of the seats etc.

no my mum lost it when she took it to my nans and my nan gave it back and she lost it in her bag it may have fallen out anywhere but shes really worried about ti as its really special and todays he fainted at work, partly coz of it i think shes been very ill for the last year anyway but this hasn't help and she passed out and was broguht home from work. i've tried to tell her its ok not to worry about it but shes really upset.

Get your mum to check the lining of her handbag as well - it might have slipped through a small hole that she doesn't even know is there.
