But different Birds build their nest in different ways with different materials, so they already do a lot of what your saying they might do in the future, and about moving up to the trees, again their are birds that dont nest in trees , swans ducks etc etc. and not forgeting there are Birds that don't even fly and can't build their nests in trees.

ok iran this over a few people in blackpool ,who didn't agree but anyway. years ago we didn't live in houses, we lives in caves and huts and tents and stuff and now houses. so how do we know birds didn't used to live in the ground and then decided to move to trees coz of predators. i think though as the years go by birds will start making bigger nests, maybe 3 story nests or different shaped ones. or maybe they'll start making them outta things like bricks. does anyone think its possible?

There are some species of birds that do make their nests either on the ground, or in some cases in the ground, especially within cliff faces or mudbanks. Selection pressures may well have dictated that some species of bird became arborial nesters althought whether this occured after or during thier speciation is something we'd have to look at the fossil record and possibly some species-specific behavioural psychology.

As for bricks? I say no. It's gonna be quite a bird that decides to pump that much iron to build a nest of housebricks However, there are species of birds that make spherical nests as well as the regular "nest" shaped ones so different shapes aren't an impossility.
