Must admit, I'm not usually one for dancing. But when there is an attempt made, its usually to a tune like Livin La Vida Loca or something like that. And it takes some alkyfrol too

when i mosh i love it
I don't really like dancing unless I'm drunkI always feel like bit of a pratt though so I try to avoid it as much as possible. My friends like to dance when we go out so I usually get dragged up with them.
I would like to go Salsa dancing though.
mosh = to jump up and down a bit, in relative time to some sort of beat in the music!! hehe!!

I love dancing, I feel really high and happy when I am, music touches the soul and dancing to me helps the emotions along too, especially with my mates but I do actually go to classical dancing lessons.
I've been going since I was four so that's 14 years all together!! I do Ballet, Tap, Modern and lyrical as my main subjects and speech and drama as a little off shoot thing. I've done a few shows and stuff (only with my school, nothing big) and i'm currently a memeber of the british theatre dance asociation.
It's not that I don't enjoy the dance school, but I prefer to dance where I can make up the moves!! hehe!! and I love to dance with a partner too!! that's ace casue your close and have to move together!!
DDB xx
I enjoy a good Dance of Joy or Snoopy Dance when I've had a couple of ales, as anyone who has been to Nos can attest!
(Oh, and DDB - Sigs aren't allowed as per the sites terms and conditions. Just so you know. Thanks, hun )

yes I love dancing! I don't get many opportunities now though, but it was great when I was dancing and getting paid for it! What a great job that was, getting paid for doing something you'd be doing anyway on a night out!
All jobs should be like that

Well i can ballroom dance which incluses :- waltz, foxtrot, quickstep, tango and Vieneese waltz. Latin which includes :- rumba, cha cha, samba, paso doble and jive. (gold star 2 level on those dances)
I can also do rock and roll (aka swing), disco rock and roll, merangue, salsa, disco, street, slow rythem, reggae and i have learnt most of the "pop" dances that come along (like the lambada etc).
Most of the time i just bob to what ever's playing tho.

I love to dance.... it makes me happy
I don't get to dance much - the other half hates it! But when I go to Chicago Rock with the girlies we always go mental when they play Livin' on a Prayer and Summer of 69 - anyone near us better watch out !!!
gotto love to dance, whether skanking it up big style (i once skanked to wait and bleed by slipknot in a metal club was dead funny!!) indie baggy style (bez!!!!) or just plain groove, you gotto love it, and i think i actually have some sort of rhythem unlike my mate!!
Spike, rhythm is in the soul, and dancing should just be doing whatever the music makes you want to do. It's not about learned steps, or trying to impress anyone else; it's about letting go and having fun.
You don't need lessons - you need to just stop caring about what someone else might think of you.
Yeah, I love dancing, whether it's moshing to anything from Nirvana to Nickleback, or grooving to James Brown or James Taylor. Whether it's Dee-Lite or Cypress Hill, if the rhythm takes me then I'm on the dance floor.

Moshing rocks. Can't wait till I go see A then I can mosh like crazeeeee! Never had the chance to slow dance, I really don't think I'm missing out on anything though, it all looks to corny.
That would be pogoing! Moshing is kinda similar except that you don't so much jump up and down as jump into people, and there's no real attempt to do it in time with the music! Oh and it's a bit more violent!

Anyhoo, I do enjoy dancing quite a lot. Rock music I can dance to sober, and stuff like the Macarena where you just follow the rest of the crowd. But for the most part I need to be bevvied up a bit first or else I just get really self-consious. But once I get going, I get quite into it so you'd better stand back!
I can't believe you left out Linkin Park!

As for the dancing thing, after a few bevies i'll dance to anything, the best dancing image people have of me is when i used to go out on a Thursday in Sunderland glammed up to the nines in heels and a nice dress moshing away to Blur and Linkin' Park etc. V. Bizarrre! But i have fun which is the key to it all:
Don't give a rats ass what anyone thinks of you just enjoy yourself
