I could never do that. Too scarey. Almost went on the back of Yvonnes dads but chickened out
Yeah Baby!!!
Woah Dude!
I've just had my first ever ride on the back of a motorbike!
Despite absolutely bricking it beforehand, it was really cool and fun and now I'm on this really cool high/buzz type thing!
Ummm, I realise this isn't a very comprehensible message, but hey, I've just been whizzing around the streets of London on the back of a bike!
So, in a very vague attempt to give this post some relevance, would anyone else like to share their experiences of scary stuff that turned out to be really cool!

You nearly did what to my Dad??
Rally has the same bike as my Dad (though in different colours) you should have heard them gassing on for 20 minutes about how cool they are *needs a rolleyes smiley*
As for scary things that were really cool, errrrm, does going on holiday with Teresa count? It's my ambition to do a bungee jump or parachute jump or somethign similar, but I've never got around to it.

There are rumours that there'll be another mass parachute jump next summer at Langer again

You'll look great in one of those boiler suits
Are we going to have a T21 Slipknot-a-like competition?

You aren't suggesting members of this site could engage in this without the masks, are you Alex? Oh no, that was me... slaps wrist

Never done anything too scary, but i'm definately up for the parachute jump if it goes ahead eeeek!
And i rather fancy going on a motorbike, sounds like you had fun. *Bats her eyelashes at Rally*
Actually this is something I really miss. I used to love going out on the back of hubby's motorbike - ok it took some getting onto for me as it was really tall as I have bad legs but once on it was great (insert wind through hair cliches here )

Of course, bikes are useless for practical reasons like going shopping, wearing skirts etc ... but I found them great fun. Although I'm sure I wouldn't have said that if I'd ever crashed (and hubby's been knocked off more than once !)
Where's RedWitch when you want her ... babe, maybe you can charge for a spin on the back of your bike at Eclipse
The first time I went on a bike was when I was 14 - it was a friends scrambling bike and as he jumped over a little hill I nearly fell off
But it was exhilerating but not something I'd do again. I'm with Monster now...... I don't do anything scary now I'm older

The first time I went on a bike was when I went riding with Rally in a McDonald's car park. It ws definately fun.

Just make sure you avoid the non too fetching yellow suit
MMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm motorbikes
I love 'em - never learnt to ride one though - maybe I should make that a 'something to do before I'm 40' type thing.
I used to hate the idea of roller-coasters - but I've really enjoyed it every time I've been on one.
Really not sure about the whole parachute/bungee/absail type thing though!

Actually I'm quite happy I have an excuse not to be able to do anything like that But riding a bike would have been fun

Bungee jump? Again, not done. But willing to give it a go.

Yep, bikes are great when you're young and feel invincible!!
I used to love going on the back of my boyfriend's bike - the thrill of overtaking, the buzz from your knee virtually touching the road round bends
But...ooh, the mess it makes of your hair!
I'd be far too scared now to go anywhere near a bike, I don't know how I ever did...

Ray and i went all over Northumberland on his bike... sigh.. the memories... Had to get rid of it when Joel came along...
My car broke down once so I got a lift on the back of the dentists motorbike, which was good fun even if I was hanging on for dear life!
My poor Mum nearly had a heartattack when she saw us pull up outside!

In Yvonne's words I'm a "big girl's blouse" so I don't do anything scarey
So I heard, and believe me I'll be there.

As for boiler suits, ask DJ Billy about that. We had to wear them when we went Go-Karting in Scotland (visiting friends), Tracie made a Men & Motors comment 'cos I refused to do it up and lose the cleavage
