What do you call your partner?

I been going out just over a week with my current bf, and I have no idea what to call him for a nickname. Him being 2 years, nearly 3 older than me I feel too babyish to call him hunny or hun or sweetie. I call my closest friends by those names aswell. He calls me gorgeous or sexy. And he's getting a little insecure that I don't ever call him nicknames or send him sweet txts.
OK so what for nicknames do you call your hubby/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend? Do you think I'm being paranoid and should just wait a bit until I call him nicknames?

I'm rambling aren't I?

My ex used to call me babe and it made me cringe everytime. You are right Syd its more a girly saying. I think "Hun" is ok though.

I call girls babe all the time..and none of them seem to mind. Last night Yvonne was well chuffed when I called her babe...women are confusing
