On a more practical note, try ringing a local vet and ask them what to do, they should give advice for this for free over the phone. If you can't face doing anything with the body yuorself then call the council - they may have a department that can deal with this for you.

Sister and boyfriend went off to the vets with him about 10 mins ago.

I feel really horrible...I've only ever had to cope with hamsters and we've never had to cope with it on our own before.

awww *hugs* H2H - I remember when we lost our first rabbit I was quite young then and we had a little ceremony in the backgarden and he was buried in a shoebox and a little wooden cross marked the grave.
