Doubleplusgood? (Big Brother 3.....)

With Big Brother 3 starting tonight I just wondered who else would be watching it for the next few weeks? What are your views on it, and other 'reality' type TV programmes?

Are they a good thing? Is there something inherently wrong with the viewing public being fascinated with voyeurism? Has the novelty now worn off now that our TV seems to be saturated with these shows?

Personally, I can't wait and plan to watch as much as possible of it as I've never watched one from the beginning before. But I've only had a passing interest in the likes of 'Survivor'.

Oh my God! PJ is being a real Polaroid head! I feel really sorry for Alex, PJ's really on his case. It wasn't his fault that he won, and he couldn't pick everyone, and PJ is just being a complete backside.

I agree, poor Alex. What's PJ's porblem, it's not like he's been the nicest person to Alex. Alex chose Adele, fair, they get on well, Jade because he felt sorry for her on the poor side, always breaking down and Sophie becuase Spencer, Kate, PJ and Jonny have all used VERY colourful words to describe Alex.

Hope PJ goes next

Yeah agree with you Acker. PJ has to go. Alex was just being a gentleman by taking the girls to the rich side. I mean he had to pick someone!!

well as jade has been excluded from voting next week i think alex is definately going to be nominated along with sophi and sophie will be out because she's boring

Poor Alex! The narrator on channel 4 said (I THINK!) that he was known to be really good at darts so that contest must have been at least slightly weighted towards him winning it and falling out with everyone again!

I haven't liked PJ from early on - he seems to think women really fancy him (WHY?!

) and his behaviour towards Alex was just mean. Especially as he'd been saying while they were waiting for the result that it was a tough decision to make. Hope it annoys the enough of the others that somehow he gets nominated along with Alex... and gets evicted!

OMG i don't believe it. Alex and Spencer are up for eviction this week. Obviously Alex was gonna be because of teh darts task, but Spencer - I was convinced it would be Sophie or PJ.

Sorry, Smelly Spencer does nothing for me, and I can't think of a single entertaining thing he's done since entering the house. He just sits there. They could put a shop dummy in his place and no-one would notice the difference. Even PJ was more entertaining after the darts contest last weekend (not very nice, but more watchable). Whereas Alex is usually at the centre of some piece of controversy. Sorry, but Spencer must go!

Ooooooh, I'm torn on this one. I like and dislike them both equally. Spencer is pretty cool, though he has a bit of an attitude, especially towards Big Brother, which I don't like. Alex is also fairly cool, though he's not really done anything special to make me want him to stay.

Possible end in sight for the divide...

This saturdays task will end up with a 'winner' and a 'loser' who will take turns to pick who will live with them on the 'rich' and 'poor' sides (like picking teams at school) Then next weeks task will be to decide whether the bars stay or go. Should be intersting. i hope jade gets to stay on the rich side tho - then she'll get too "lagged" again and annoy even more people so she'll get evicted
