Well done! I lost 3 lbs last week, which I am proud of, but 6 is really fabulous!

Yippee! Whoohoo! and other general sounds of happiness
I lost 6lbs this week 
All this getting up early to go to the gym before work seems to be paying off.
Oh yeah, and the abstension from alcohol, chocolate and crisps might have something to do with it

Yey! well dome smudge. I doubt i'll manage 6 again this week. i'd be delirious if i could get rid of another three
