Temple Bar is a nice lively area for drinking in the evening. This is also where you will find the Bad Ass Cafe -the best spot in the city for pizza.Yum!
Visit the Book of Kells at Trinity College too if the queue's not too big.
Do not miss Kilmainham Gaol - it's a huge, disused prison, where leaders of the 1916 Rising were held. It's really interesting, and more than a little eerie.
And have a fantastic time.

What Rain said is dead on. Try the Mercantile in the Temple Bar area it's a pretty good pub, me, and some mates had a great time there a little while back (been meaning to go back just have'nt found the time).

Cheers for those Recommendations I had a great time and had enough Guinness, Kilkenny and Caffreys to keep me drunk for a long time. And Its true it does taste better over there
