Aargh! That's very bad news, I've just bought my ticket (and of course, you lose the booking fee..).
Having been before, I can certainly see why they might feel that the improvements need to be made, or even that Temple Newsam isn't really a suitable location in the first place.
Here's hoping they get it sorted, though.
