Buffy actress weds in secret

Congratualtions to Sarah Michelle Gellar & Freddie Prinze Junior for their wedding, I hope they stay very much in love & are happy together. Is Las Vegas the classy place to get married nowadays?

Vampire-slaying Sarah Michelle Gellar has married her boyfriend, Freddie Prinze Jr, in a secret ceremony, according to American reports. The lovey-dovey twosome are believed to have tied the knot three weeks ago at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. 'It was a midday ceremony, but I have to respect their privacy. I can't give out all the details,' said the chap who officiated. Gellar, 25, and Prinze, 26, have been engaged since April 2001 and have been very secretive about their wedding plans, although their Scooby Doo co-star Matthew Lillard may have let the cat out of the bag by recently referring to the couple as newlyweds.

This is apparantly untrue according to another news site. Lillard has the wrong end of Scooby's stick. Their wedding day is planned for 3rd September.

And FPJ on the MTV movie awards pre party kept referring to SMG as his fiancee.

Both appeared on David Letterman a day after each other and didn't want to say anything about potential wedding stories.

Although on being asked when she was getting married SMG did reply *tomorrow!* David Letterman thought she was being truthful (although FPJ was due to appear that following day! so he fell for that

) and which she replied *I've started to make it all up, people expect you to have a date set*

So I guess they either will or their won't - but how accurate any stories will be without pictures remain to be seen
