I'm glad to hear that the problem was solved. Here's hoping it stays that way. Bullies are terrible things, but you just need to stand up to them. I'm sure your niece will be just fine now.
Bullying.
I need opinions.
My niece is being bullied, some examples include:-
Being told to leave the school
Bein told to give her toys away so the others will play with her.
Having her money for a school trip taken from her
Now, i took it upon myself today to combat the ring leader. I told her :- "I've heard you have been mean to Ellie. I want it to stop and if i hear you have been mean again i'll call your mum and tell her everything. I mean it"
Nothing threatening. in fact i think this is the best way to handel it since i'm giving her a chance to stop before i get her parents involved. I also have 3 yrs scouting experience behind me, i know how to deal with groups of kids.
now her dad thinks this is wrong and it hould be handled through the school. they have been on at the school now for a year and they have done nothing.
Ellie's mum doesnt have a problem with it.
do you think i was wrong?

being the subject of bullying is never a nice thing,
I suffered for years both inside and outside of school, I then snapped and was never bullied again.
Whilst violence does tend to breed violence which is destructive I was never bullied again, the bully paid back all the money he took from me.

I've told her time after time. the problem is, while she even takes katate, she's just too nice to hit back. she'll "train" with me but she wont even hit me if i tell her to! She stands no chance of hitting them back. it's not in her.
i think i could only hit someone if i was really really really omgi'mgonnadie afraid, otherwise i'd just cry, or run *whimper*
the most ridiculous thing in primary school, was when i got accused of beign in a playground bullying gang, it was sooo bizarre, as i was extremely timid heh, they soon came to their senses
i wish i could stand up for myself more
Glad you got it sorted out, Bullying is one of the most terrible things, it makes your life a misury whilst it is going on.
I think it is awful that the school did nothing and I think the threat of violence is sometimes the best way to sort it out.
Spitefulangel- I'm so with you, I have a real problem standing up for myself, I am just such a wimp!

On a show of hands then, that's a pretty substantial majority in favour of *not* being a Christian...
