I change myn quite alot, usually to something that fits my mood at the time. The quote I have at the moment was one I found when I was in a job I hated, and life was generally a bit crap. It was appropriate at the time, but now seeing as I have a job that I like and things are better it's probably time for an update .

It's a quote from Chasing Amy, one of my favourite films of all time, and my second favourite scene in the movie. My favourite is Holden's monologue to on how he feels in the car, ending with the line about not needing a painting from a diner to remember her by, but I couldn't find a short enough quote from that that I liked, hence choosing the one I went with.

I think it is a wonderful sentiment that beatifully captures moments from my life.

Mines a quote from a Barenaked Ladies song - Break your heart!! It just seems to sum me up very well at the moment!! hehe!! I never seem to be in the same place mentally as I am pysically!!

Mine's pretty much self-explanatory although I changed it a little bit- should be "queerer" rather than "stranger", but seeing as I was new to the board I thought it might give the wrong impression.

I've thought of changing it to Dawn's "I still remember how to pee" from 'The Body' but again, wanted to wait until people were used to me.

Mine's from another classic 2000AD story "DR and Quinch". In this one the two "fun"-loving, psychotic aliens enjoy creating havoc in the film industry. This is about as much as I can remember, as I haven't read it since reading the original sometime in the 80s. I do remember it was hilarious, and the quote comes when a barely-disguised Marlon Brando parody comes to a sticky end under a mountainous pile of oranges!!

Mine's getting changed quite a bit at the mo, the current one is from Hellblazer, it's predecessor was from Rocky Horror.

Mine's from the X-Men movie, the first part is Wolverine bitchin' about the black leather uniform, (don't know why, he looks damn hot in it) and the second part is Cyclops' reply.
Picked 'cause the line made me laugh out loud, and 'cause MonSTeR is my Official Host and his avatar is the yellow spandex version of Wolverine.
