There's always the 'celebrities' on Night Fever too

Apparently they are soap stars from Hollyoaks, Emmerdale, Coronation Street, Eastenders ... all stuff I don't watch. They used to have some I used to recognise - but I don't bother watching now.

I started getting Bernard Cribbins mixed up with Bernard Hill not too long ago. Not sure why!

Actually Mark Lutz and Andy Hallet started something off about an actor called Paul Lynde .... does anyone know him?

What do you mean Bernard Cribbins sang "right said fred" was he in the video, cant remember they are so ancient.

Bernard Cribbens seemed to do "Jackanory" a lot too i seem to remember. And i know the song that you're on about Gopher.. my mum used to sing it to us when we were kids, for some reason... And my son knows who he is, as he loves The Wombles

LOL no he sung a song many many years ago and heres the words

Right said Fred, both of us together, one each end and steady as we go
Tried to to shift it, couldn't even lift it, we was getting nowhere
And so, we, had a cup of tea

Right said Fred, give a shout to Charlie, up comes Charlie from the floor below
After straining, heaving and complaining, we was getting nowhere

Charlie had a think and he thought we ought, to take off all the handles

Had bad twinges taking off the hinges, and it got us nowhere

Took the wall down, even with it all down, we was getting nowhere
And so, we, had a cup of tea

Charlie had a think and and he said look Fred, I've got a sort of feeling
If we remove the ceiling, with a rope or two we can drop the blighter though

Right said Fred, climbing up a ladder, with his crowbar gave a mighty blow
Was he in trouble, half a ton of rubble, landed on the top of his dome
So Charlie and me had another cup of tea and then we went home

I'll said to Charlie we'll just have to leave it standing on the landing that's all
You see the trouble with Fred is he's too hasty
Now you never get nowhere if you're too hasty

so nothing to do with the 80's, or was it the 90's right said fred, too sexy one hit wonder.
Maybe I am having a Jade moment
