I'm using Pantene at th moment and use both shampoo and conditioner. I never use 2 in 1's because they never work on my hair and leave it in a tangled mess!

I dont think it is necessary for blokes to use conditioner unless they have long hair as it is mainly used as a detangling agent and if you have nothing to detangle then...

I know quite a few men who use head and shoulders so Spike I would stick with it, and dont bother with the conditioner

I tend to alternate between several different ones (currently using pantene) with separate conditioner ('cos I've got girlie hair). The principal hazard I found for a while was forgetting to wash the conditioner out

At the moment its the Herbal Essence shampoo & conditioner Mmmmmmmmm

I can't use Pantene as it makes my head burn

I tend to vary, so when its time to buy another shampoo I choose something different

i use Herbal Essences at the mo'. My mum likes to change a lot so it varies once the bottle is finished.

I always get whatever is 'buy one get one free' so I get shampoo and conditioner for the price of one I have to use separate conditioner because my hair's quite dry and I swim a lot, at the moment I have Pantene at home and Daily Defence in my gym bag.

I currently use either L'Oreal for kids So Strawberry 2 in 1 if I'm in a rush (don't normally like 2 in 1s but this is for kids so it leaves my hair soft) or if I have more time a seperate shampoo & conditioner that I bought in L.A. which is really yummy but I'm running out of it now

Since I had my hairlighted I also use a light spray leave in conditioner.

I use Nicky Clarke's shampoo and conditioner "Take it as Red" which helps to stop my colour running out and leaves my hair feeling and smelling yummy too.
Unfortunately it costs just under a fiver a bottle and they're not big either, but it's worth it

This really nifty one called Té Tao. There's a whole bundle of them for different things, but the one I usually use is Lemongrass Tea Shine Shampoo
It smells nice and leaves my hair really shiny, I don't usually bother with a conditioner, but if it starts to get a bit dry or whatever i'll give it a quick go with one of the Tigi deep conditioners to pep it up a bit

I use Head & Shoulders and always have. Tried others but get best results from H&S

Except for when i had long hair - used a conditioner then too , though used to nick my sister's or my mum's.

I tend to juggle between Pentene and Head & Shoulders. Currently using the latter 2 in 1 version.

Use My Nutralia shower gel, probably explains why my hair is a mess

I use Kadas Shampoo for coloured hair, which is what my hairdresser used on it, and said that it would retain the colour well. Also, like T, i use a spray conditioner which i leave in - but with that i'm always worried i haven't sprayed it well enough or that it's mainly gone on my face than my hair!

oooh, i might try that then if it's as good as you say it is My shampoo has made my red hair more ginger, even if i do suit ginger than what i was, i prefered the red!

Superdrug Apple shampoo and separate conditioner, because it smells yummy and Aussie three minute miracle once a month. 2 in 1s dont condition my hair enough and I have to condition it lots 'cause it's so dry from using the straighteners so much but i have to use them otherwise I get scary wavy Shakira hair lol

I use Head and Shoulders too.. the one supposedly for sensitive scalps?.. and i use ASDA's own brand of camomile conditioner My hair tends to be a tad on the greasy side, so i just condition the ends

Well I basically use whatever mum buys! But for the last year its either been Herbal Essences, John Freida's Sheer blonde (even though I'm not blonde, its whatever I want to wash my hair with) or Clairol daily defense shampoo. And I always use John Freida's Sheer blonde conditioner. And coz my hair is so thick I spray in some Shine mist detangler which helps me comb my hair out! I hate thick hair it hurts so badly to comb

Right now I have Elvive (sp) on the go, but admittedly that more to do with the fact that the bottle goes with the bathroom better!

No seriously it smells delish and makes my very thick hair feel really light. The conditioner is great for me, no tangles at all!

I usually use a tea tree shampoo and conditioner with extra essential oil added by moi to keep those nits at bay when I'm at work. Also I find that the occasional wash with a more astringent shampoo really strips all the gunk out.

John Frieda shampoo and Aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner.

Anything but Neutragena Clean shampoo. I got chemical burns on my scalp three years ago from this and its still not healed properly

I use Vosene...I just love the smell

If I'm training though then it's just some Lynx Shower Gel as I can't be bothered to take more than one bottle into the shower at the gym/football.
